10They have messed up so many times getting us what we needed. Refused to refund housing they cut that is twice the diameter of what we needed saying it matched the hose we brought in. We got bent bearings with the crankshaft and it took them 4 days to decide to refund it after we had to go someplace else to get the bearings. Taking our business elsewhere!
Always have the parts I need at a great price. Very nice staff that can help me to figure out how to best service my car at an affordable rate. Clean store and well organized so I can get in and out fast with exactly what I need to get the job done right the first time.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in there to dump old oil and it was like I didn’t even exist! After 3 times of waiting and asking where to dump it I had enough and left angry and frustrated.
The store was cleaning the selection was good the staff sucked especially the person named Bear. He was condescending, rude, and made me feel like he would rather be talking to a guy!

I didnt get the mans name that works there but he helped me sooo much! He helped me troubleshoot and figure out what i needed! I only go to O'Reillys and this is the main reason!

They have the parts I need in stock, at a lower price than other places that have to order them.
Very typical off Brand part store. Some employee are much more knowledgeable then others. And most think they know much more then they do. If you are looking for some great entertainment just come. In when the manager is in a off mood and yelling at his employees for some write up a offense. (quite entertaining from a third-person view). But other then Imperia off-brand China parts good Service.
