Original Roadhouse Grill

You need to have appetizers here and the consistent steak quality assures you of a yummy meal every time. Also, the rolls are to die for.

Absolutely love their rolls and honey, cinnamon butter. All the foods I have tried are full of flavor and delicious.

Nice to eat out. I had a great Blood Orange Margarita. Wish our waitress smiled just once. Dinner was great!

Ordered 2 filet mignon medium, both came out raw and inedible, the few bites I took gave me food poisoning. Do not recommend eating at this place

I usually like this place. I used to come here between classes and get lunch. Usually they are good. Other times, including tonight, not so much. My medium rare steak had no pink and for our to go order they didn’t put any silverware, napkins, or ranch that was asked for in it. It’s not busy due to covid, unfortunately. I feel like everything should be correct since they aren’t busy.

I was waiting for my food outside and when the lady brought it out she threw it at me she was mad about someone else yell out her and she take it out on me I will never go back

Asked for a menu and they asked me to leave. So I left. This is not the town to find a steak. To be fair, the woman was very sweet. Company policy demanded I leave. I was still pretty upset from a negative experience with Texas roadhouse when I wrote this. Will give you another try next time I am coming through. Gonna have to be good to beat outback.

I have had two meals at the Original Roadhouse Grill and they were fantastic. First I had catfish and it was delicious, and then I had their baby back ribs and they were the best that I have ever had. I had my meals with the sweet potato and they were delectable, their rolls melt in your mouth.
If you are looking for a great place to eat this is it.

We were able to eat outside in a heated tent. It was delicious and the service was great. Open up the restaurants Oregon! Check out the covid statistics in open states. They are no different or barely different.

My family loves to eat at this place but in the last 3 months I have had 2 horrible experiences with their Manager Sarah! She lacks any kind of customer service. For now on we will be taking our business else where which makes extremely sad. The 1st time she sat a table that literally was on the wait list 5 mins because they wanted to sit close to friends that they didn’t even know they were going to be there while a ton of other families and mine were already waiting over 40 mins. I asked why they got sat before us and she refused to even talk to me about it and said I will be sat when it’s our turn never apologized and pretty much glared at me. Well tonight I call them at 6: 32pm to ask if they were on a wait because my son who is in the Army was home on leave with his pregnant wife who was crazing Roadhouse. The lady on the phone said no wait but that could change anytime I also asked if it was warm in their tents and if they had heaters. With no wait we took our time getting out of the house. We arrived at 7: 12pm and when I walked in Sarah told me that they stop seating at 7pm I showed her my phone that I called at 6: 32pm and had at least a 3 min conversation and not once did the employee tell me that they are going to stop seating in less than 30 mins. Sarah never apologized or offered to take a to go order she was cold and rude. I was extremely upset and told her how rude she was and she threw back rude comments back. Worse customer service ever!

There was a bit of a mix up with our DoorDash order, but the restaurant was more than happy to fix it and they also threw in some extra rolls for us (the rolls are amazing). All the food we got is great! Definitely recommend

Food quality has definitely gone down hill. Selections blamed on COVID very limited. Service was fantastic.

Visited 9 times, the brownie desert is really good, but needs to be shared, as it is too much for one person. I always get the grilled mesquite shrimp, it has been excellent every time. My husband loves the B-B-Q chicken, and what's odd is he never eats chicken otherwise, so it must be pretty good. The ambiance adds to the experience.

Every time is come here the orders are always wrong, someone's food comes out cold, steaks being cooked properly seem to be a major challenge for this place which is mind blowing considering it's a steak house. They have no idea the difference between medium rare and well done. The servers are great and unfortunately it's not their fault. For the prices you pay you just want it at least as close to right as possible. They always fix the bill and make it right, but the point is that you want your meal to eat with your friends and family together, not get your meal last and then everyone is done eating so it's a bummer. They used to be so great years ago. Not sure what happened. After eating here about 3 weeks ago, it'll probably be the last time unfortunately.

Awesome food. It took a bit to get passed the peanut shell covered floor. The clean freak in me. All the staff where friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Hats off to the bartender, from a bartender. My Apple Manhattan was made to perfection. And for all those Manhattan drinkers, I know what you're thinking. Apple? I requested just a hint of apple and I was pleasantly surprised that is what I got. Cheers! Next, the prime rib came out just as ordered. No room for dessert, but look forward to my next visit.

The best steakhouse I have been to in a very very long time! I was in town for work and so pleased that we stopped here. The Baked Sweet Potatoe, WOW! THE ROLLS.out of this world amazing!

Food good! They should be giving you a side when you order a slice of meatloaf for 14.99. Very delicious. The waitress was the best!

Been around awhile. They are showing their age. Bought the rib eye and was disappointed. Not like it used to be. Texas Roadhouse puts them to shame. Thought I would give it one more try. Not again.

Good was good, service was great.
Be aware of the "doneness" scale on the steaks - they aren't playing.

Dirty restrooms. Urine smell throughout.
BBQ ribs terrible. Left without finishing. Will not visit again.
