I saw Dr. Nicole Look for a pinched nerve in my neck. She was very thorough in explaining the root cause of my issue, reviewing my MRI results, answering all my questions, and discussing the various treatment and surgical options. While I hope I don’t have anymore issues and need to return, but if I do I will definitely see Dr. Look again and would encourage you to do the same.

These people are great! Really know their stuff. Have my treatment and care as their high priority.

Very thorough and compassionate care was given to me. I needed knee injections and that was performed well and easily.
I did not feel much pain and it went very smoothly

This clinic is predatory and the worst healthcare option ever. DON’T GO.

I recently had an experience with this clinic that left me quite disappointed. After seeking medical care for an ankle fracture, I was informed they would bill my insurance for an ankle trilock. However, when I checked their payment portal, no dues were visible. I haven’t received any mails or emails from them for almost 9 months after my visit.

To my surprise, after several months received a small claims court case from a collection agency demanding $550, of which $106 was for the ankle trilock and the rest consisted of finance charges. I settled with the collection agency, but this experience has left me questioning the fairness of the clinic's billing practices. I asked them the reason why this was sent to collections and their response was that the mail they sent me was returned by USPS. Mind you, I have been at the address for more than a year, and have digital records of my mail as I signed up for USPS Informed Delivery.

I believe in transparency and fair billing for any service I receive, and it was disheartening to find myself in this situation. I would encourage anyone to choose a different clinic as if this continues the clinic will soon be sued into oblivion by the very own vulnerable patients it tries to deceive.

My orthopedic surgeon listened to my concerns, offered options, and followed up for future surgery. A genuinely caring physician.

Two week post surgery follow up was most helpful in reminding me what I should and shouldn’t be doing now. Was given more instructions on how to better deal with swollen leg. Danielle took her time to answer all my questions. Recommend Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists. (Dr Denes, Danielle PA and team) for hip joint replacement surgery.

As always, polite, professional, and courteous. I’ve had multiple surgeries and I keep coming back because they are so good.

Dr Andres is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He repaired my husband’s crushed shoulder resulting from a fall. My husband gained full use of his shoulder. Dr. Andres has also been conservative in regard to treatment of my shoulder and knee age related injuries and pain. He has not rushed me into pain. He can be trusted to give you appropriate diagnoses and help you to avoid surgery, but he is a skilled surgeon when surgery is needed.

Dr. Davitt could not have been better as was the entire team at Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic and St Vincent’s. Dr. Davitt walked me through the process for a new ankle and professionally handled the surgery. I would certainly recommend Dr. Davitt and OF team.

Complete fantastic experience all the way around. Pre-op communications were outstanding and very easy to understand. Hip surgery day was flawless. Post-op communications were also perfect. Outstanding and very friendly and likable staff. I couldn’t ask for anything more than what they gave.

Physician Assistant, Danielle Kohl, provided excellent communication, attention, and took time to discuss options for a knee injury. Highly recommend!

2 week post op for total right knee replacement. Answered all my questions succinctly, professionally in great detail…and with a smile. Great surgeon. Two minor issues with the appointment. One, nearly an hour late and I was a bit uncomfortable in the waiting area. Two, the refill prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy again. All original prescriptions sent to the same wrong pharmacy.

I got an apt very quickly when I injured my knee. Jordan Horrocks, PA, explained everything about my treatment! So easy!

If I could give them -5 stars, I would. I went there for surgery on my wrists since I shattered both of them in a Lime scooter down pound accident (not safe). Trimet 1 Lime scooter 0… but I digress. I arrived at the clinic 2 hours after they closed thinking it was an Emergency room. After my actual appointment I wanted to schedule my surgeries on Christmas Day but they were unaccommodating and rude. Upon arrival to my strenuously scheduled surgery on Lime scooter, I asked them to play don’t Stop Believing on repeat for the 6 hour surgery and they aggressively refused. The surgery took 3 TRIES and a total of 30 hours and my wrists bend the wrong way (cool party trick but not functional) all in all a terrible experience and would not recommend. My next surgery is scheduled for the day after thanksgiving at 6am. I will arrive by Lime

I've been a patient here for years dealing with chronic knee issues. I recently started going for bulging discs in my neck. I received terrible customer service and the bare minimum of patient care (it's way too involved to include all the details here). I was so frustrated I left a voice mail for Tulsi Rao - their Director of Patient Experience. When I did not hear back I sent her an email and copied the CEO. I had to use Rocket Reach to find Tulsi's email address, since the operator at O&FS would not give me her email or even her last name. It has been two weeks and I have not heard back from either Tulsi or the CEO. By the way - nobody at this clinic EVER answers the phone. I've had better customer service from United Airlines. I strongly recommend you seek your orthopedic care elsewhere. These people don't care about you as a person; you're just dollar signs to these uncaring and thoughtless people.

Quality of the PT is average. Pretty standard. However the record keeping, billing is pretty suspect. It is either fraudulent or likely negligent. You will likely be billed for services and therapies you did not receive. It is impossible to get an itemized bill, and they hide the charges under generic terms and abbreviations. I suggest finding a more honest, more transparent location for PT and/or medical care. It isn't worth the cost, and the headache of trying to fix the billing issue afterwards

I was back at the Orthopedic clinic for my 2 week post-op visit for my peroneal tendon surgery. I met with Andy, Carson, Steve and Becky. Andy answered all my questions about about what to expect over the next several weeks as I transition from my cast to my walking boot. Next, his medical assistant Carson removed my cast and removed my stitches. She was friendly and did a outstanding job. Steve was next and put on my 2nd cast. He was also outstanding and I could tell he was an expert at his job.
My last encounter was with Becky, an administrative employee. I stopped by to schedule my next appointment with my Doctor. It was supposed to be in 3 weeks. She checked my Doctor's schedule and said it would be over 4 weeks out. I told her that would be an additional week in my cast and asked if she could do something. She said she'd check and call me. Just as I arrived home my phone rang, it was Becky. She was able to arrange an appointment in 3 weeks. She went above and beyond to help me out.
I am very pleased with everyone I have met at The Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic.

Ashley Wood did my 2 week post op visit. Wow! I have already shared how terrific the entire practice has been, and Ashley is another reason why. Great personality who instills confidence in what they do. She was supportive and kind. Thank you Ortho and Fracture for excellent support and care.

Danielle at Orthopedic + Fracture was quick to identify the cause of my hip pain as acute bursitis. She checked out my hip implant with special X-rays to rule out that the joint replacement was the issue. Danielle was professional and easy to talk to regarding my condition. I felt she really listened to my concerns.
