Outstanding quality and customer service. They brought me back to the kitchen and butchered a cut exactly to my request. Made for an excellent Christmas brasciole!

Lovely little authentic sausage kitchen. They have the grill going outside, and I was quite tempted.

Go support your local small business!

Holy moly this place is amazing. Had an au jus sandwich with smoke cheese and I had to tell everyone around me how good it was for the entire time I was eating. Totally coming back here!

Great service here, one of the staff even carried my order to my vehicle. Great staff, great service and always helpful.

Drove from Vancouver to Otto's. So worth the drive.

I love their apple wood chicken sausage also

Best blood sausage. I used to buy in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Otto"s is the best

Great staff. Warm and still swift to guide you along. Damn good cookies! I can get treats for myself. I am proud to get gifts to impress.

A perfect German deli. The only way they ruin this is by changing anything. I hope they never even renovate, so they can keep their quality high and prices low. This is probably my favorite Portland spot if I'm craving a $5 charcoal grilled sausage with a $3.95 bottle of cold Weiss beer.

When my Mom was a little girl, Otto was the neighborhood butcher and his wife was my grandmother's friend. Mom would have been 97 this year. She always loved that it stayed in the family all this time, and the hot dogs were a treat to her. Me too!

A neighborhood institution serving the best hot dogs and sausages in town. The meat case is a smorgasbord for omnivores and they always have plenty of prepared salads for side dishes to save you from prepping dinner on a busy day.

Holy moly are they OVER CHARGING for game processing! Yes, it's more expensive ($1.40 per lb for a cut-wrap) than most places but I have never ever EVER heard of charging a "grinding" fee ontop of that assumed hanging weight fee. We recently delivered a 325lb hanging weight elk and when we got the bill they added a $35 carcass disposal fee (which I could seeeee.) and then a $225 burger grinding fee!
So, with some pepperoni made, the total bill for our own meat we brought to them was well over $800.00! This is LUDICROUS, OUTRAGEOUS, COVID, BS PRICE GOUGING!
Normally a bill for this elk would run around $400-$450, just fyi.
DOUBLE PRICE RIP-OFF

Dropped an elk off this year and the price was completely ludicrous normally we can have it butchered for around 300-400$ but with all this places hidden fees and up charges the bill came out to over 800$ I’ve heard this price gouging was happening from multiple hunters and it’s unacceptable do not bring your animals here

Stopped by Otto's after someone told me about the amazing sausages. Well, not only did I have one of the best sausages (with a wide variety of available condiments, kraft and onions too, but I had one of the best sandwiches I have ever had: the Kitchen Sink. I am drooling remembering how good this was!

Haven't been there in awhile, but surprisingly enough the weiners and sausages were as good or better than ever! Also, they changed the inside to better streamline checking out and COVID protections. Still the best sausage and weiner place in town!

Not just a Woodstock landmark and tradition, Otto's is an essential part of this neighborhood. The place just wouldn't be home without freshly grilled sidewalk hotdogs, amazing sandwiches and all the meat and poultry you'd even need to cook at home.

It was good. Hot dog has a good snap. But buns are pretty much cold. Really expensive for a home made hot dog with a Kroger brand bun.

Very great choice of cuts. Deli and grill going outside with seating. Good thing to because I can't go in there without getting something to eat right away! It's nice to sit and enjoy it while watching the people coming and going. They have beverages as well. Staff is very nice and personable. LOTS of choices ready to go wrapped, and weighed for anyone on the quick stop, no sweat for those on the go to know. But it's nice to have the opportunity to take it easy or fly. Another place to get hooked on in the Woodstock strip. Don't forget something for or even bring the fur babies! I like sharing the smoked ham and the bone marrow. The skin it great put on the cast iron with potatoes, garlic, onion's maybe a little toma if the fur babies do not get it all first. They have pies and cookies, and lots of other treasures to shop for. Great place to swing by and have a bite. Fresh salads ready to dish out. Must try! They always are happy to custom cut the ham for the kids and I. Always great and nice experience. Seriously so many choices. Definitely great to buy for gifts as well. You'll be on someone's nice list!

Honestly I grew up with this place. It's a family owned butcher that offers quality and value. It's still run by the same people that fed my family brats and sold us roasts all those years ago. Having lived in Germany for half a decade now I can say there is no better butcher in the world.
