We’ve been using Our Personal Touch for business (mainly) and some personal embroidery/screen printing for years now, and have nothing but great things to say about this business. We’ve had them complete everything from hats, to screen printed shirts, to custom embroidered sweatshirts and each item has looked exactly how we desired it to be.
Helpful, professional, and kind is how I would describe OPT and we will continue to use them for all future needs (Even despite slight price fluctuations due to inflation)!

I don't like to write reviews. The following was our experience:
1. Great work as far as embroidery goes.
2. Prices increased $2 per item and I was not told until I picked up my items and paid the invoice. Upon calling later, I spoke to a manager (I was told the owner was out) and her response was (in summation) "prices are going up everywhere people should just know that" and "well none of our other customers have complained so. ".
I was literally speechless as we have used this company for the last couple years.
Very disappointing.
