6 These guys! Man they know quality customer service! Every time I've called them, they've never let me down!
Thank you!
The billing Lady text my personal phone at 8 am telling me that she is going to send me to collections for $5000 for the equipment and the rest of the lease agreement which would be several thousand dollars. First of all what company text your personal phone like that. I called Her and she said that we owe $400 $200 past due. I told Her that I just Paid you guys $800 last month and had know idea that My company had a past due, but was planning on paying all my next months bills on the 30th that included her company. She said she sent me a collections letter and an email. I never got any of those. She then called me a liar. I honestly Have not gotten any letter or email. So this lady text my personal phone and threaten to take me to collections for $8000 thousands and called me a liar. All for $200 pass due. Also I only had this account 90 days. I did tell her to F off and hung up. Then I text Her my credit card number and just told her to just pay the entire amount that we owed. She text me back and told me they are picking up their equipment. Which I was More then happy because I don't Want to work with these terrible people anymore. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have 2 other business locations that we us Nuco2. They would never text my personal number or call me a liar. So unprofessional.
I’ll start by saying I don’t know much about hydro testing. Dropped off a carbon wrapped paintball tank here. It failed the test, looked like canister was heated very hot, and valve all destroyed and mashed up. Marked the tank condemned, fine. Reason for 2 stars is that they provided no explanation at all for why it failed, after talking with two associates. At least no charge, that’s good. Really not a big loss for me, it was around 15 years old. But still left me sort of wondering what happened - got some good practice on it? Don’t know. So that’s my 1-time experience here. Also one of the guys sort of chewed out another employee while I could still hear - awkward for the customer.
Talked to doug from Oxarc, he's a crook.he thinks he has a monopoly on butane distribution, and he is literally peddling 100 lb fils for over 500$/tank.
We get these tanks for 190$ out of texas at praxair.if you buy Butane from Oxarc you are an idiot.
Been in there a half a dozen times. Always treated with respect and they seem to remember me and our pass conversations. Great service.
