Bought a saylor - Beall air compressor. American made.in 2022 may.from Pacific air compressor.a 3 h.p. 60 gal. Full performance pck.the most quiet running unit I ever owned. Mike was my sales representative. I could of paid less for a champion brand.unit. I went for the best.for my home shop. I can have my shop TV on watching the game.and when it kicks on. It's vary quiet running.after 1 yr never any issues.this compressor runs my inground lift, an old school Rotary lift.and shop tools.ty Steve E, FL

I purchased a Champion air compressor from a private seller and had to switch it from 3-phase to single. Twice Pacific Air talked me through troubleshooting the electrical setup, spending almost an hour with me on the phone.for free! No sales pitch, no peddling, no strings attached. I can't think of another time in my life where a company has done that for me with no current or prospect money on the line. A very rare business indeed in this modern age.

I’d like to heartily recommend, Pacific air compressors. They really go above and beyond other companies to sell a good product and provide support, to get the repair done. Please allow me to explain.
My compressor seized at the best possible of times, between jobs. I own a woodworking company and this 100 gallon compressor provided all the air for my shop. I searched online for repair parts and found several sketchy companies. Then I found Pacific. They listed a lot of parts for a lot of compressors. I found the make and model of my compressor, not quite exactly the same as mine but I thought that it was as close as I’d get online.
I ordered it and my order was confirmed by a person named Lexi. The next day I emailed her to get torque specs. She asked for the model number, with record of change number. I gave her the number and wrote that the record of change was #4. She wrote back immediately, that the kit I ordered was for a record of change #9. She then changed my order to the #4 kit, which I didn’t see on the website. She even sent a rebuilding video. By the way, my compressor was built in 1955! I was pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail!
I had a few more questions that she couldn’t answer. So she gave me her boss, Bart’s phone number. I left a message, thinking that I’d hear from him in a few days, if ever. He called back in 15 minutes. He answered my questions and give me a few helpful hints. He even helped diagnose another compressor!
In all a very good experience, I’d heartily recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic Support and Assistance! From the moment that Lexi answered my call, she was quick to assess what my needs were and transferred my call to Bart in support. Within just a couple of minutes Bart was able to determine the real reason my air compressor was losing air and suggested that I check a certain valve for problems before I bought a part that I might not need. Bart was 100% correct! A simple cleaning of his suggested problem area fixed my air leak. Both Lexi and Bart were extremely easy to talk to and exceeded my expectations. Old fashion support and assistance is a winning combination that will keep me coming back to Pacific Air Compressors!
