Pacific Exteriors did a great job handeling the replacement of our entire house and garage windows. (27 windows). They were very easy to deal with and our new windows look great! We can already tell the differnce in efficiency with this investment into our house. No more drafts! When our roof gets replaced in a few years I will be giving Pacific Exteriors a call. Jay and his guys did an excellent job on our house. We love the new windows and siding. Love how quiet the new windows made our home. We’ve seen an immediate decline in our gas bill this winter. I am on the board of a small condo association and we have some old vinyl siding that looks suspiciously problematic in a couple areas. I spoke to Jay today, the owner, who was extremely generous with his information and suggestions over the phone. If we indeed end up completely removing the siding, we will definitely consider Pacific Exterior for the work. Pacific Exteriors did an amazing job replacing my siding. My 30-year-old house with ancient vinyl siding now looks like a modern cottage. The small touches such as double trim around the windows and the care they took to make sure everything was perfect really matters. Pacific Exteriors is a great company and true to their word. My quote did not change even though they found and removed multiple wasp nests under the old siding. This is one of the few companies where you get quality work for a lower price than a lot of the competitors.

They had competitive pricing - pricing was very reasonable. The quality of their products and the expertise of installation makes them the BEST value available.

The team worked very methodically. Rarely did an old window break during removal and each new window and door was expertly installed. All windows fit perfectly. Modifications (like Sheetrock work, brick work, painting, touch ups) were done flawlessly. Great attention to detail!

As an owner and investor in multiple large apartment complexes this firm is by far the most professional, detailed, and knowledgeable contractor I have ever worked with. They were recommended by my attorney and building consultant and they helped me recover a large percentage of the overall job cost. Unfortunately due to ongoing water intrusion and dry rot we needed to do a complete rehab with residing, waterproofing exterior project on one of our properties in our portfolio due to the prior ownership hiring a shady contractor who covered up dry rot everywhere!
