The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

Ok quality, price seemed a little, but when it was ready to pickup they kept me waiting a couple hours while they got everything together so just be prepared for that I was hoping to be in and out in 15-30 minutes

After one year two of the post failed, I complaint they sent the same guy to replace them. Two years later I have to replace half the posts… i called them and they refuse to take care.

When I started to work on the post myself, I discovered they never set the post in concrete and they buried the post less than 6 inches down…

Update: Since then, one of their managers reached out apologized and return almost 50% of the original cost of the fence.

Project Manager Frank L.with Pacific Fence came out to review our property for a fence & gate estimate at our HOA. Said the estimate would be ready in 2 weeks. It's been over two months and I've sent multiple follow ups with zero response. Incredibly unprofessional, take your business elsewhere.

As a small business owner I do business with Pacific Fence & Wire as a last resort. The problem is not their people but their policies that put profit above people. I have had multiple instances where they have made mistakes on orders that has cost my business thousands of dollars in time and hassle and they have done nothing to make it right. Would do business with companies that value their customers and strive to do the right thing.

I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in chain link supplies. We sell to the public. I contacted and met with their representative. Then was denied an account with no explanation. I’ve emailed and called once a month for over a year and they haven’t tried to return my calls or emails.

Very attentive. Highly knowledgeable. Great service. I'm already ordering another large fence from them now. Highly recommended!

This company hires and fires 100 people a year their turn over rate is very high. They tell you high wages then higher you at the lowest wage and expect you to perform at 100% this company is unique but does not deserve to be in business.

Good to work with. With decent pricing. Accommodated me coming out of Idaho with the loading in a U-Haul trailer

Repaired a storm damaged Cyclone fence around a sport court. They were professional and as prompt as could be considering material availability issues. I would use them again.

We had Pacific Fence & Wire custom build us a large chain link gate. This was a dual swing 9' per side 6' high gate system for our beach property. The quality of the gate and materials used is excellent and we are very happy with the work they did.

The folks that work in the yard, that I dealt with during pickup were top notch. Super friendly, loaded everything into the trailer for me and were happy to help.

Lost a star because the process between "I gave my money" and "product being ready" was pretty weak communication, often emails went un-responded to. This would not prevent me from using them again, they do superior work!

The sales person did not tell me that the price of my purchase was nearly doubled from previous purchase. Charged my credit card. When I canceled the order she has not credited the card back yet. Communication is poor.

High prices, long wait times, office lady was not friendly. Not really pleased overall with the service but it was convenient

My husband and son have been looking around town for chain link fencing. We know it’s the season for building and repairing and with the pandemic we are very aware supplies are limited. He was prepared to leave empty handed but instead left knowing he would recommend you guys to anyone. You had no idea but my husband never takes a day off of work and most certainly doesn’t do it on his birthday. But he did yesterday and you made his day! And my son hasn’t stopped talking about his date with his dad to the fence store. Thank you for showing love on a father and son driving a rusty old truck!

The posts I bought were overpriced by over $20 each- I suspect due to other suppliers being out of stock. Unhelpful and abrupt customer service staff. Didn't help with my questions and didn't stock the whole system to install so I still have to order things online.

Very busy place, nonetheless, got unloaded quickly. Hope to be of service again bringing loads in.

I waited over a month to hear back from them after they came to look at the project. After I called they finally got ahold of me via email after I called, they emailed me to let know they would not be giving me a quote. Which is no big deal it is a large project. But I wish they would have let me know either at the time they came out or within a few weeks. I found this to be very unprofessional and would not be going back to them for ANY projects
