Best moble home park around. Cheapest HOA fees, and nice clean neighborhood, been waiting to get a place in there for my parents. Places sell really fast.

It's a retiree village with lots of strict rules an uptight old folks enforcing them with the wrath of God. But so long as your grandparents are willing to follow the rules, it's quiet, clean, and decently friendly.

One of the coolest & best sounding beaches around. Great views, great sounds, tons of history, & a great place to find driftwood bits.
