This is a terrible company. My husband an I have always paid on time. We had ONE payment that was returned and the rep called us a couple weeks later to reschedule. One week later, before the payment date was even past (under 30 days of the original due date) we received a collection letter for the account. It was dated as being sold off to collections ONE day after the returned payment. Their rep said nothing of this when she called to schedule a week prior. Well over a week after they sold our account. NEVER have I experienced such sneaky disgusting bank practices. Do not get a car loan with this bank. Do not! If you do have a loan here, BEWARE, if you make any small mistake they will immediately sell your account to collections.

Jenny Fleming was amazing! We made an error and had quite a few questions regarding our truck loan and opening a checking account amongst other question. Jenny answered our questions politely and was more than willing to help!

We love PNWFCU. We’ve been members for years! Kerrin is our go to gal, always so helpful, timely and has the answers to our questions. She and the other long time staff are more like family!

Jenny was so incredible to work with, loved her patience and understanding dealing with a disturbing problem. She went above and beyond in working through the task. Hope I get her on phone everytime I need to call!

My daughter was trying to buy her very first car. She's a member as well as myself. She has zero credit being 19. Channie and Megan explained the process of the first time buyers loan and all the requirements. We found a car but had a few issues at the dealership. I called Megan and she was so quick, helpful, efficient.
We are forever grateful for the EXELLENT customer service and kindness. Love our credit union! I've got one excited teen ready to build her credit now all thanks to you guys!

I called today and Jenny Fleming assisted me not with one, but with three of my problems. She stayed an extra 24-30 minutes to help me with my final two issues. I greatly appreciate her help today. I haven't talked to anyone else in the company. But so far, I feel that if I have any problems or if I need help or advice, I will definitely go back to Ms. Jenny.

Keitra is always so very helpful when I need help from PNWFCU. From when I had an issue with another branch to helping with my online account. It is so easy to work with Keitra.

I had issues with the PNWFCU banking app. I was trying to transfer money to my wife's account, but it would not go through.
Keitra Curnutt, a supervisor at PNWFCU, committed to getting the answers I needed to fix several issues:
1) Prior to calling her for help, I tried rebooting the app. This then resulted in not being able to sign in at all. Keitra walked me through how to get my sign in to work again.
2) After signing in, I found that I still could not transfer money to my wife's account. Keitra helped me with that as well. She found that my wife's account number had been changed by my wife due to a hacking attempt.
3) She also showed me how to remove her old account name and put in a new one on the app after trying and failing to transfer.

Keitra was extremely patient and kind. As an out of state customer who cannot just walk into a branch, I really appreciated her efforts. This kind of personalized service and attention is exactly why I continue to park my money at PNWFCU even though I am not in Oregon any longer.
