Lynden is a pro in the mortgage business. As a Realtor, I’ve closed on many client’s homes with Lynden as my lending partner. For those reasons, I go to Lynden for my own (and my daughters) home purchases and refis. She’s extremely hard-working and an excellent communicator. I’ve never been disappointed!

She was there for us anytime of day when we needed numbers ran on a house we were looking at. She never disappointed us and always tried to help us get the best loans that worked best for us. She helped us buy our home in Seattle about a year and a half ago, as we moved from Southern California back home to Washington. Then, as rates started to drop this summer, she did some calculations and helped us pick a great time to refinance! She ran all the numbers and gave us options so we could make the best choice for us. We're now saving $350/mo on our mortgage and are able to put this into a savings account instead!

I absolutely trust Lynden, know that she always puts her clients' interests first, and never have to second guess or double check any of her suggestions. Mortgages can be confusing and a dishonest lender can so easily take advantage of someone who doesn't know all the ins and outs. It's the greatest relief to have Lynden on our side because we know she's finding us the best deal and that she'll always take good care of us.

Lynden was absolutely amazing! From the moment she introduced herself, until we completed closing-and even after, she was there every step of the way. She provided clear and detailed instructions on what and when forms needed to be completed and returned; she explained every step in the process; and answered every email or phone call quickly and always with positive enthusiasm. I know, this sounds too good to be true or that I am being over praising, but I am being absolutely sincere. This was the first house we have bought in 23 years, so we were very nervous. I am not sure we would have survived the stress of the whole move without her guiding hand along the way.

I would also like to praise her teammates as well. Every interaction with all of them went exceedingly well.

We were so thankful for Lynden's help in purchasing our first home. This was a new process for us. It could have been very confusing but she took the the time to really explain our options and how the VA home loan was the best option for us and why it was the best option. Whenever we had to make a choice she made sure we understood what we were deciding and how it would effect out loan. Her communication was great, she sent an email to us and our realtor at least once a week so we knew where we were at in the process. She was also very flexible with meeting with us during times that we were available, since both my husband and I had very busy work schedules. We would highly recommend her.
