I don't know what happened to this place. Used to be grate. Now it's not. Cory ran it into the ground. Lost my business and I retract every recommendation I have ever made about it.

I recently purchased an SVL75 from Pacific Tractor, more specifically from Cory Achziger (sales manager). Previously I purchased an kx033 a couple of years ago from Cory and since I was treated like I was the only customer he had to deal with, no pressure just the facts that was great. So naturally I went back to Pacific Tractor when I was in the need of a good used skid steer if possible with low hours. Cory had just the unit I was looking for and when he quoted me his price it was much lower than others I had reviewed on line. Sight unseen I made the deal on Cory's word that this unit was literally a new 2020, and he was right! So Cory it was great doing business with you again and I look forward to looking to you once again for my next purchase.

They gave me a price over the phone, i went in week later when it arrived and after confirming I wasn’t a returning customer they told me that was wrong price and it was 35 instead of 20

I purchased my BX23s about a month ago. Best experience! I LOVE my new tractor. I worked with Corey, who is extremely knowledgeable, a good listener, and thorough. I never felt pressured or rushed, and everyone there was helpful (no mansplaining or any of that kind of thing, which was experienced dealerships). Purchase, and pick up (I live outside the delivery range) were smooth, pricing transparent, and support is there when I have questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This guys think that they are the only one that sales tractors they are cocky and when I went in there I felt like I was the one trying to sale them something, if you are a first time buyer DO NOT go there salesman are arrogant

It's hard to say anything bad when you have the high from getting a new tractor. Took a while to get because it's a COVID tractor. I asked for some upgrades and modifications and the guys got it done. A long drive for me to pick up so I got in 10 minutes before close. Several of the guys offered to stay late and help. This is a nice clean place with knowledgeable staff.
