Live Music on Memorial Day is the coziest event my in Josephine County. Also they have the best bread in town!

I love places like this. I recently posted that I am homesick for a time not a place.someone was listening. Waited on by a beautiful young woman also. Made my whole day awesome. I even spoke to the chickens on the way to my vehicle. Told them to keep laying happy eggs.

I had one of the BEST sandwiches! Roast beef, arugula, a bunch of other stuff with a little horseradish sauce. Yum, I'll be back!

Woah. Just go for this place and grab anything and you will love it.
We stopped by for breakfast and grabbed breakfast sandwiches? And they were super tasty. The drip coffee was also so fresh and good. They have ice cream and bakery options available. We got the scone and lemon tart. We came back for another scone lolz. The lady on the counter was very warm and nice. It may take a while for the order to be completed as they make it fresh for you and everything is Organic.

This place is literally my favorite stop in Southern Oregon. The food is delicious and unique- I'm so happy to be able to add sauerkraut to my sandwiches! The ice cream flavors were creative and VERY tasty! The humans that work there were friendly, helpful, and kept it real, and I think we need more of that. I stop by any time I can to see what they've got! Keep it up!

Good food, hippie style. We had the Huevos wrap and the Breakfast sandwich. Tasty. The hazelnut bread was awesome.

Always a good place to grab soup, sandwich, and breakfast pastries. Homemade everything! Good food. I'll be glad when we can dine in again.

So beyond happy and thankful for the Painted Rooster! My husband and I recently got married and we asked them to do our intimate wedding cake for us. It was perfect! It was beautiful with assorted edible flowers and I even asked last minute for Gluten Free for my mother and it was no problem. One of the best cakes we have had! Not only did we get our cake but we even asked for morning pastry basket that was delicious! Oat bars and croissants! YUM! Thank yall again!

It's simple, I can't believe how kind and beautiful of a person the woman was. I blew into town with a busted axle on the RV, and I was in a bad way 3 credit cards later. I was trying to sell a generator just to make it home. Well I approached the shop and this wonderful lady with a heart of gold helped me out. It was a make a old man cry moment. I cried like a school girl.
You are a saint lady and your donuts are bangin!

We stopped on our way back from the coast and got a chocolate croissant and an eclair. We had no idea what to expect but it was probably the best we’ve had since we lived in Europe! So good! Please do yourself a favor and give this place a try.

A local spot that uses local ingredients. Great sandwiches, coffee and ice cream. A real gem for a small town.

Super slow but also super tasty. Everyone LOVED their food once it arrived. The roaches (smoked joints, not bugs) on the outdoor tables were gross and funny at the same time.

Hands down the freshest, creamiest ice cream that you'll ever eat! They grow and produce their own ingredients and have a true sense of community. I don't know which is better, the food or the people. It's a great place to spend some time on 199!
