Plant based lattes made and served in a truly zero waste model—glass container available ‘to go’, but you’ll want to stay. Clearly Pajaro takes no short-cuts on either quality or service. They’re truly walking their talk in caring for one another and the environment.
Picture cozy urban shop surrounded by gardens, serving the most delicious coffee drinks created from an amazing array of ingredients. Each are individually made and poured by the genuinely hospitable owner/server, Rogelio. Each customer was honored & valued; It’s like coffee at a friend’s place every time.
