Moved in a townhouse in this complex 4 months before this review. We specifically chose a townhouse for more privacy, safety and quiet living, BUT. Forget about quietness at this place. According to the rules the pools are available for use until 10pm - nobody cares. It takes about an hour for the security to arrive (if they arrive at all). It's gonna be busy like Victoria station out there from early morning until late night (Especially at the weekend). And in the summer when it's hot you gonna choose between open windows or peace.

Forget about studying or working online from home!

A week before the review we received an email stating there would be fire alarms checks somewhere the next week. More specific time for our unit check was promised to be provided later, which never happened. So, at 11am they just started the "checks" by turning on and off the alarms. Then somebody rang our doorbell. By the time I got down two men were already IN the house coming up the stairs. They just opened the door with the keys they had and went up. (Be prepared if you have pets). I know the office staff can enter the unit in critical circumstances, for instance, when there's an actual fire. But it was an alarms check and they just didn't want to wait.

Calling the leasing office will just amplify your anger. They are right and it can't be otherwise.

We're installing cameras for the rest of our lease.
Not the experience we were expecting.

I should mention: the maintenance is very quick.

Pallas is a gem. You can tell that both the staff and the maintenance crew put a ton of work into making sure the place runs smoothly and looks appealing. Never have I ever rented a place until Pallas where the staff emailed me check-ins to see if there was anything else they could do - it was very nice. It's a perfect location too. Close to the MAX, down the street from Tualatin Hills Nature Park, and next door to Poke / Indian / Coffee / Sushi restaurants.

My suggestion to management: I miss Food Truck Fridays! It was a great thing to look forward to and it was cool to get a chance to chat with other people in the community. Would recommend you setup community events because there's a lot of super nice people around!

My biggest suggestion for prospectives - get a townhome if you can splurge! They might be more expensive, but the parking will be worth it and not sharing ceiling/floor will be nicer. Plus if you get the renovated units they are gorgeous.

Have lived here about a month now. It's a lovely community, that feels safe. Had some issues with ants, and plumbing issues at initial move in that haven't been fully resolved yet, and parking, if I'm being honest is pretty bad. If you aren't able to make long walking distances every morning, and night to your car I would not recommend. Normally this wouldn't be a huge issue, but it's enough to notice. Besides that, I have been enjoying it!

After moving in our first night the smoke detectors start going off well after midnight causing chaos with our dogs ears. My wife called and Jose was at our place in 15 minutes. Jose is absolutely awesome and I was very surprised at how nice he was after being called in the am hours. The smoke detector was apparently faulty but Jose had us fixed up in no time. Our family was so thankful. Great job Jose!

This community is perfect! We just moved to Oregon and after visiting several places for rent, we had no doubt Pallas was the one, right from the start Greta was super nice and gave us all the info and advice we needed to ensure we could get the perfect place for us, and the follow up to all our question has been incredible! Both Greta and Kaylee have been super friendly and supportive to help us with different inquiries and guidance on how to set up pge, wifi, moving, etc; If you looking for a place in Oregon look for Pallas and ask for one of them!

Friendly leasing staff, seamless move-in experience, clean pool and solid amenities. I’ve submitted maintenance request that have been resolved in a matter of a day or two. Resident policies are enforced, yet relaxed, which I believe is what gives Pallas the upper-hand over other locations.

The common areas are kept clean and fresh, and I always get compliments on my apartment complex when I bring guests.

10/10 would and probably will rent again.

I have lived at Pallas Apartments for over 20 years. The office &
maintenance staff are one of the best! You can always count on
your request being handle promptly. Our Manager Dan Mason
is one of the most caring mgrs I have ever dealt with. His
community & tenants are of his top priority and we feel like family.
I cannot say enough for our fine maintenance crew. Matt keepe the place tip top and all the team is there to help each and every day. Even in an emergency you can always count on the team!
Tenants stay at Pallas long term because we feel cared for and
safe in our surroundings. I hope to enjoy many more years at
Pallas Apartments.

I've lived at Pallas for over a year. I love my apartment. We've never had issues with noise from neighbors, so I think the walls/floors must block out most sounds. The bedrooms are nice and spacious for a three bedroom unit which is what we were looking for as adult roommates. Maintenance is always prompt and very polite, and the grounds make me feel like I live in a forest. Parking has never been an issue which was a big factor in us deciding to renew. I really have no complaints about this place.

Having just moved in to this community, I have been impressed with the complex and service every step of the way. My unit was renovated with new appliances and fixtures. Every aspect of the complex feels well thought out. Stephen has my thanks for making the move as easy as possible. He answered all my questions about the apartments thoroughly, and I had many due to moving over 2,100 mi. He remembered me when I would call him back. In the end, his honesty and helpfulness made Pallas the easy choice about where to live.

Couldn't be happier with my experience here at Pallas Townhomes & Apartments. It's a very safe, clean, and friendly community. My apartment has everything I need and the maintenance teams are swift and thorough. Huge shoutout to Stephen and the rest of the staff who are incredibly friendly, knowledgable and have gone above and beyond to make my move a smooth and positive experience. The team is very communicative on maintenance happenings and expectations for the community. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in Beaverton or on the west side:)

Ever since MG Properties bought it from Holland, the quality of service has drastically declined. They don't care about safety or resident well-being, just increasing the rent by the maximum every year and adding on additional "gotcha" fees on top of that. Want an actual parking space so you can park after 5 PM? Extra. Want to use the facilities for groups? Extra (was free under Holland). Don't want to use the pool or facilities at all? Guess what, now you get to pay for the "community" electricity and water. Speaking of which, instead of paying for the water/sewer that your apartment uses, now it's (supposedly) averaged out by building, so if your neighbors use excessive water, YOU pay for it. Money is all MG cares about.

Overcharged me for move out, horrible customer service while I lived there. Be prepared to be taken advantage of if you intend on living here. Wish I could give negative stars.

They are trying to ban the use of air conditioner units right before summer, simply because they "look" bad. Sad people that will eventually cause deaths in a heat wave. The neighbors are getting together and seeking counsel about this illegal move of trying to ban the use of air conditioners in our apartments.

Do NOT move in here if you like not dying of hear stroke. We're moving immediately.

If I’m being honest I still live here, but that’s because I have no choice. I’ll continue to live here till my lease is up. But appliances are always breaking down and unless you want to pay and extra grand they are ancient, they send someone to “fix” it, he looks at me tells me nothing is wrong and guess what? ! Next day it’s leaking again. I also can’t get over the fact that even after being informed and shown legal paperwork, a staff member who not only has been rude for the entire year I’ve lived here, is now still using my roommates deadname and pronouns. I will force anyone to understand or changed their beliefs however we live in the PNW queer is everywhere and a little respect would be nice. I’ve also noticed on the website after looking over payments we are constantly over charged. We recently transferred apartments and took off a garage from our lease (because there is never parking open) and they refunded and then recharged us of it. In our new unit we even have parts of the wall cracking along the window. It’s annoying and if I get a “contact our office” message after this I’m just going to be upset. I’m emailed or called multiple times and yet nothing has changed. I hope they do better in the future.
