While the service was friendly and we even got to dine in (covid), the food was just not as good as at other Panda locations, and we both had stomach upset after eating.: (

My family doesn't normally stop at this store. The green beans were undercooked and the terriyaki chicken was burnt. I think we will stick to Panda near our home.

Best Orange chicken its my favorite Orange chicken is 5 stars service 4.5 stars location 3.0 stars food 4.5

Rude staff that did not listen, one that walked away twice while I was ordering to laugh at me when I was taken aback to the one gal's don't touch that - referring to me pointing to the cup size I wanted. After the gal insisted she fill my drink for me (she wasn't wearing gloves) I asked if a fortune cookie was in the bag and she walks away to get it I thought and comes back with a fork and napkin pack. Really?

Left several things out of our meals. We were traveling, so wasn’t worth turning around to go back and ask them to fix, but very frustrating!

Great. I am glad that a bowl doesn't have to have rice as the side. I got veggies with chicken.

I'm pretty disappointed in the portion that they served me. I got a plate with chow mein and sweetfire chicken. There was a good amount of chow mein but they definitely skimped out on the sweetfire chicken. Good food but that meal was not worth over $8

I will never return to this Panda Express. I came two week ago and was overcharged. The manager was very kind and could not refund my card but offered to replace the meal at our next visit. I came back today to get my replacement meal and was met by employees who don’t enjoy their job. They asked me to step the the side while they tried to figure it out, I had a receipt with the managers name on it. They served 5 other people before me before finally coming back to me. Sophia was confused and she said her shift supervisor was waiting for a text back from Edwin. My issue is that I was overcharged the first time. By this same gal at the front, Sophia. The mana get stepped up and fixed it - great customer service and I can get behind that. When we came back to get it rectified, horrible customer service. When I asked Sophia what was going on and let her know I was upset, she blamed her shift leader and never once apologized. It is clear she does not like her job and is just clocking to get a paycheck.

Placed order on line, I received e mail confirming order to be picked up at time I wanted. Got there they claimed did not receive order? Very disappointed. When they gave me my order it was really skimpy. I asked are you sure this is the larger plate and I was told they have to cut back on portions. I guess we won't do business with Panda in Sherwood.

Fried rice was dry and hard, orange chicken was little crunchy pieces of batter without any chicken or orange flavor, maybe like one piece of chicken, but was dry and crunchy.honey Walnut shrimp was the best but there were only 4. Crab puffs were all burnt, and everything was lukewarm despite the fact we ordered and picked up in the parking lot less than ten min from ordering. Kinda disappointed

Nice staff but they are always in such a rush. Very unsanitary. Saw one employee cleaning windows, did a quick rinse then helped the customer behind me while inserting his fingers into her rice/noodles. Can't believe that they don't wear gloves. Every server WILL TOUCH YOUR FOOD with their bare hands! Yuk.

Extremely disappointed with the serving size. We ordered 3 "bigger plates" each of which was filled very skimpily. I counted 8 small pieces of chicken in one of our plates which is listed as ckntainjng 2 entrees.

Mostly empty entrees. Staff said at least 16 minute wait. Staff busy filling online orders. Too busy to even ask if it was to go and just assumed (was not, we were eating in but there were no trays to use). Garbage overflowing. Vegetables and noodles were cool. Teriyaki chicken luke warm. Overall this was very disappointing for a normally well managed eatery.

They were short of teriyaki chicken, and while we waited we got a free appetizer, that was nice.

I love this place, there always so so nice, and fresh food right before they close usually witch is nice cause I get off work at 9, there always so nice and polite.

Everyone is so nice at the Sherwood location. This place is always busy great food we love going here at least a few times a month and we sit outside. Love our little town of Sherwood. ️️️️️

Service was good. Food was just ok this time. All other locations have been great, maybe it was just me but the food was not as good as I am used to, it was not so fresh or as hot. It could of been the time of day not sure. Beijing beef was on the cold and hard side. Rice not as warm.

Well I tried ordering here and paying with a Panda Express gift card I had on my phone, like I have at many other Panda Express locations. Granted it's not the easiest method (entry has to be input manually), it's something Panda Express obviously allows or they wouldn't have the mobile function. As the employee named Caleb was trying to find the manual input option, his superior named Brenda came over and told me I couldn't use a mobile gift card (had to be physical plastic card). I explained to her that it's a Panda Express gift card bought through Verizon, and she refused to budge. So I won't be visiting this Panda Express again, as the management is clearly incompetent and unfamiliar with company promotions and policies.

Edit: Drove to the Tigard location (which I had never been to before either) and they helped me without a hitch. Go Tigard Panda Express!

I usually go here every Sunday. Most times, I'm very happy with this location's chow-mein. However this time when I ordered a large, it was barely 80% full and was very burnt. Don't get me wrong, I still love Panda Express.

Received abnormally less food in a bowl than any other panda location, did not receive fortune cookie as with other locations, employees spent more time sampling food themselves than focusing on giving it out. Subpar experience
