Panda Express, Hillsboro OR

Twice this week I ordered teriyaki chicken for delivery and they gave me orange chicken instead. Getting really annoyed

Stood in line for 30 minutes with 8 people in front of me. Order online, at least then they'll prioritize it.

The staff and food is fantastic. However, DoorDash/UberEats has ruined wait times. I get faster service at a sit-down restaurant.

I wait 15-25 min in-line everytime I order food inside, but if I use my Uber Eats account to order the food online, its ready in 10 min.

1/5 Stars. If you have thay many online orders, open a non-dining room restaurant branch.

Everytime I come here the staff is very friendly and doing a great job! I was informed today that they don't accept tips. Please allow a place for them to be tipped, whether cash or electronic!

Yes they’re a busy location. But Heidi and Kenya made my visit amazing. From greeting everyone to having a smile with every customer. They definitely should be recognized.

Always great! I love the Kung pao chicken. It is spicy with peppers. Makes me feel real good inside.

I mean it's the best panda I've been too. The staff is really awesome and very polite.

The food here is always hot and delicious and in the evenings this place is extremely busy and the workers always do an amazing job with the service and food. I think they should all be making $25 an hour minimum

The staff at this panda have my utmost respect. They had so many orders and people lining up for food but worked super hard to make sure everyone was being helped in a timely fashion. They did it all with a smile and I am very grateful for their attention spent on our order. Huge shout out to Kenya running the till. She kept everything going and made sure our order was correct. I really wish I could have given her more than just a heartfelt thank you. I also wanted to mention Michelle on the line, she was working very hard to make sure they had fresh food and I really appreciate all her hard work as well! Thank you for helping make a hard day for me a better one.

This location was much better than the one we've been going to. Normal portions good staff. This is my new Panda location.

I ordered food from this place and they forgot to put 1/2 chow mein with my plate ordering. I called them to notify about what happened and the person (B…. L- don’t wanna write the name to respect his/her privacy) working there was extremely nice and offered free plates. Went there the next day and we got our 2 free plates along with some cream cheese crab Rangoon. I’m giving them 5 stars not only because they were extremely friendly and courteous but they went above and beyond to rectify their mistakes which depicts how much they care for their customers.
Food wise and portion size wise this store in particular was great and I’ve been to many other Panda Express stores in various states.
My all time go to order is a plate with 1/2 Chow Mein, 1/2 Noodles, Kung Pao Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken?

Heidi made my entire day! The whole team works together well assuring quick (and great!) customer service.

25 minutes late on our food delivery, driver said was not busy when he got there. Started getting busy, took those orders before making ours.

Fast, effecient and friendly. They stepped up when I made a last minute 3 orders of Happy Family. All of it was hot, fresh when i got it home for my grandparents 66th wedding anniversary. Very happy with this location and will recommend. Thank you!

This is my favorite location. The staff here is always amazing. They go above and beyond EVERY TIME. I can't say enough good things about this crew. THANK YOU for you all that you do.it doesn't go unnoticed. ️
