Panda Express reviews
14 Workers here piss me off.only at this place i get multiple different cashiers that treat u like an annoyance even when I was the only person in the store. Also literally only got 4 pieces of steak, 4 count. 4 PIECES.and they charge u extra for this.
Did literally nothing to provoke my cashier sighing while ringing me up, ignoring and not adding the sauce in my bag when I ask, and sighing again like he’s moping because he forgot to ring my large entree. He did all of this after I watched him painstakingly, very slowly finish wrapping up online orders while waiting for him to ring me up. I wouldn’t mind if their cashiers weren’t rude as hell.
You also get them dealing with your food using their bare hands no gloves so and they don’t give u sauce if you ask they’ll ignore you and turn away
Rude cashier. No utensils, and when I asked I was treated as an annoyance. Good good and ambiance.
Panda is one of my favorites. No wait time for food. Quality is good. White rice and vegetables are hit or miss. Teriyaki and Orange Chicken are always delicious. Price/value can't be beat. Also have a great kids meal.
Ordered the famous orange chicken. Very disappointed! Terrible chicken favor. Taste like it’s been sitting there for a long time.
Food was good and served quickly. More small children made it noisier than what I was looking for.
Great, fresh food served with a smile! Panda Express is my favorite place to grab a meal when I'm in a hurry but need something fairly healthy and satisfying!
It had been a while since I went to panda and I'm really glad I went and got that amazing orange chicken and chow main. Plus it always smell awesome when you go into the restaurant.
Orange chicken was more like yellow crusty chicken, hard and tasted like raw chicken. Quality has definitely tanked at this location.
[Update 6/14/23 - tried this location again. Ended up with severe food poisoning. ]
Staff are ALWAYS rude. The girl with glasses who plates the food is the most rude. Everyone is always scowling at customers and annoyed by them ordering. Pay 8 bucks for a bowl and get literally 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Food quality isn't great either. Always old or not cooked right. 122nd and Halsey is better.
Orange chicken tasted like ketchup. Yes bad service and I was barked at. Had to go home and use the bathroom in less than an hour my stomach hurt.
Terrible service. Never received order.
Manager was extremely rude; and our autistic child had a serious attack after hearing managers comments. This man should be terminated immediately.
I'm from Cali where our Chinese food comes exploding out of the box.the 1st time we ordered ubereats from here and the 2nd time I went in person.way too small of servings for the price. I like my rice to be accompanied by the sides that I chose till the very last bite.a bag of rice makes many pots of rice.
First time at Panda.
Decent American Chinese food. Quick and large portions, what more could you ask for?
The lady who took our order didn’t wear gloves the young man Bryan when checking us out when we first got there he was all smile and happy but once checking us out his whole demeanor change and he wasn’t going to us teriyaki sauce I had to ask for it and when he poured the sauce into the container the sauce was spilling out and the top was melting due to the sauce being too hot.
