Whenever I go it’s super busy but really fresh food. Only panda I will go to because others don’t have as fresh of food. Worth the 5 minute wait in line

Amazing service! The girl that helped us was named Becca she was extremely professional courteous and made everything really nice for us. Food was fresh atmosphere was open and relaxing. Thank you so much Becca and your staff You're all doing a great job over there.

The service was slow, water dispenser was not working. Teriyaki chicken was fat with little flavor, the sauce tasted like it was made with old grease. The Orange Chicken was more batter than chicken.

I don't have an issue with this location. The employees are very friendly and the place is clean.

The corporate bureaucracy is what bothers me. Why take away the one plant based meat option? Now I have no reason to come here

Usually love this place. But today the food was awful, and the customer service was pretty bad.

Ordered bowl. The teriyaki chicken is different here than other locations. It’s giant pieces of meat making it impossible to eat with a fork and the chicken taste is bland. It’s happened three times. Will not order at this location again. Veggie portion tiny and not fresh.

Waited a while because the manager was too busy talking. Nobody else even came over. But the food was hot.

They were supposed to be open. Sat in the Drive-Thru for like 5 minutes then went to go inside and the doors were locked no sign on the door or drive through saying they were open even though online and I went to the store at 11: 00 and no employee came out to say anything when I tried to open up the door

Had this twice in the last two weeks, and from the same location. Both times and both exact meals were high quality, tasted fresh, was piping hot with no issues. Orange Chicken plate with noodles and a Chicken Mushroom Plate with noodles/rice.

Highly recommend the Panda in Keizer for your "fast Chinese food" needs.

We both ordered Teriyaki Chicken with veggies. The veggies were barely warmed, and hard as a rock. The chicken was tasty, but just cut in 4 long strips. You are supplied with 1 whimpy fork. Getting a knife was a second trip, followed by a request for salt and pepper. NO condiments available. But of course the price has gone up. The layout of the store is all screwy also. Probably a mess when it gets busy.

Coming in with a Uber order and watching people come in after me and get there food seems to me that the customers in the store are more important than the ones who ordered for delivery and are being shoved to the very back of the line that keeps refilling I have not ever eaten and will never eat at this joint sad for them

I would have given this place 4 stars for missing out cookies and utensils, but the next 2 times they didn’t give us cookies either. I can See the cookies when I order, I Watched as they packed my dine out. And could see cookies clearly available.

Hector was very helpful and got me teriyaki sauce after the other employees forgot it twice.

Ordered online over an hour ahead, order was more than 15 minutes late and staff was rude and unaccommodating. Food is good as always but the attitude of the staff is not worth dealing with at this location.

The beyond orange chicken is sooo delicious. Nice that Panda Express finally has a proper vegan option. I've had it soo many times since it's come out.

Your job is super simple I don't see how you can't do it. Step one ask me what I want. Step two take my money. Step 3 give me what I ordered.
