Papa Johns Pizza, Hillsboro OR

66$ for 2 medium pizzas. You would think they could get your order correct. 1 was the other wasn't even close and cold. Been awhile since I last ordered because it was messed up. Took a chance. Have to go back to Domino's I guess.

Placed order online for 11: 30 a.m. Arrived at 11: 30 a.m. My order wasn't ready until 12: 20 p.m. No communication of what was happening or why it was that late. This was the second time having a bad experience- first time they canceled my order without telling me. I won't be going back.

Had not had Pappa Johns pizza it was real good and they totally hooked me up as it was a business lunch

I ordered extra jalapenos as one of my toppings so I ordered jalapenos and then yellow peppers or yellow banana peppers and then extra jalapenos was used up for the third topping and a free topping large pizza if you look at the photos it doesn't look like they gave me extra jalapenos at all. I should have got something like black olives instead because one or two jalapenos isn't considered extra jalapenos if it uses an entire topping on a three topping pizza it should be double jalapenos. This time it wasn't and it sux.

We ordered two large pizzas, one half and half. The pepperoni pizza was ok, the meat pizza was ok. But the one I was looking forward too, was not what they claimed it was. Just because you put onions and green peppers on a pizza does not make it a philly cheese steak pizza. First the red sauce should be white sauce, philly cheese steak has meat in it, mine did not. Do you see ANY meat on this? No. My pizza was basically red sauce, onions, green peppers and cheese. Nope! Don’t order the philly cheese steak pizza. Now. #Dominoes makes a GREAT philly cheese steak pizza! We’ll go there next time.

They won’t give you the specials unless you place the order online. I couldn’t get the order to go through. It is so disrespectful to your older customers who are not computer savvy to charge them more. I spent 20 minutes in the parking lot placing the order and it wouldn’t go through luckily there are other pizza places that will let you place the order in person or by phone.

Pizzas were alright but a couple of times they have missed my extra garlic butter sauces which I had paid for, and without that sauce I have to throw away the excess thick and hard crust which is an awful lot compared to other pizza places!

The cleanest chain I been to! Super fast and fresh orders! Thank you MITCHELL AND IAN:) :)

Super accommodating and friendly staff!

It's the gengis Khan grill and the food there is great great place to go eat.all you can eat so come on an empty stomach and eat up.

Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering here. My first time, and last time, I'll be ordering Papa John's. Almost half crust versus toppings. Ugh!

Order came with wrong ingredients, I immediately called back and asked for a refund that they agreed to, still charged the whole price on my credit card -> 1 star.

Pizza was late “almost” 1 hour past delivery time I was told it would be here!

Sat the hungry kids down to finally eat and what a surprise! The pizza looked as if it where kicked across the street and beaten!

So I took it back to the store and asked if they could remake it…

Lady+guy gave me a look like I did it? !
Lady said “huh” well it didn’t look like this when I dropped it off”…….

Man! How rude! I’m totally disappointed…

Last time I order here again!

I very much DO NOT RECOMMEND this location or the staff. Over an hour after ordering the app showed our pizza had been delivered.it had not. Calls to inquire were met with snide rudeness and shock that we would cancel an order for food that never arrived. We never got confirmation the ordered had been canceled, and the manager claimed there was no possible way to have a receipt for that. Everyone who has ever run a register knows that is untrue. The manager, Ian, is incredibly rude and needs to be retrained.

Contrary to many of the negative reviews, this establishment is quite fast and always serves a quality pizza.

Mask policy is against the Civil Rights act of 1964. Discrimination in place of public accommodation. Refusing to give me a pre ordered and paid for pizza is also theft. Boycott companies that don’t know the constitution of the United States of America.

Grrat crust and a authentic taste. I live the white sauce with red onion and chicken pizza.

Pizza never showed up. The person on the phone was not helpful at. They kept making excuses about where the food was. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The tracking app didn't work either.

I tried to order some pizza. When i asked to clearlify the total. The CS rep pushed back sayng that he has given me the total. I thought the rep was rude. Also very hard to communicate with.

Worst pizza place I've ever been at spent 50 dollars on the worst card board uncooked pizza it's gross when I called they said we can't do anything if u call back were calling the cops
