Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Tillamook OR

I developed food poisoning in April of 2022 after eating from a take and bake pizza from this location. I was sick and miserable for 3 days afterwards. I considered contacting the local health authority, but it appeared, at least online, that their presence in the county was minimal, and the report wouldn't have resulted in any useful results. I felt bad I didn't report it when a co-worker's wife developed the same food poisoning symptoms after eating a pizza from this location within a couple weeks of my illness. Not sure if the source was improper employee sanitation, food handling or storage, but regardless, I've pretty much been put off Papa Murphy's since then. It's a shame. I used to like the chicken garlic pizza, but I have no interest in this company's product after the illness I experienced.

Came in not knowing what I wanted, was offered a deal on this crustless pizza and I was on the fence thinking that's like a something casserole, without the something. They obviously could tell that's what I was thinking and added that a perfect addition was to eat it with their cheesy bread sticks. They were right, and there was sooo much leftover afterwards, the crustless pizza not the breadsticks, that I made a second meal of it the next night by mixing it with a couple boxes of macaroni and cheese. In hindsight, I wish I would have done that to begin with because it was absolutely delicious and why I must highly recommend you give it a try just to switch things up, get the breadsticks to go with it and don't forget to get some marinara sauce for dipping. If you try it, you'll be glad you did and, like me, will be looking forward to having it again soon because it's honestly that good. Thanks for helping me find a new favorite dish yall, I tip my hat to you, kudos on a job well done.

I have worked in the food industry for well over 30 years and today while getting a pizza at your Tillamook store I was impressed with your employee Eathan. When I walked in Eathan had 8 pizzas that had been ordered for a Togo order when mine came to him he did not bat an eye he started a conversation with me and we talked the entire time he was making pizzas. He never slowed down a bit keeping a fast steady pace. His work area was clean and stocked nicely. It is my opinion that Eathan should be recognized by your managment for his outstanding work under fire and his customer service. He needs a promotion or a rase in my eyes this is the kind of worker Andy restaurant dreams of getting. Don't mess up and let him go he is very valuable to you and the customers both. 10 stars for Eathan.

Bought a thin crust pizza, which was fine, but we didn't realize that you only get about half of the toppings, so the whole pizza was thin.

It is take and bake. It is clean, the employees are well groomed, and the food is prepared with dignity. For what it is, they do a great job.

Love The Cowboy. Friendly folks! A lot better than what you get in the freezer section @ a store! Make it just how you like it. (Extra cheese, right?)

I continue to go here only because our children enjoy their pepperoni pizza, but the staff here is absolutely terrible. Rude and unhelpful. I shouldn't have to engage you when I walk in to be able to order a pizza if you don't want to help people don't work in customer service.

They're fast, never get the order wrong and are generous with the toppings. Wish the Portland store was as good as this one!

They do not offer birthday discounts. They do not have senior discounts. They said corporate changed discounts. They do not give discounts on Tuesday for the cowboy. At the end they did give me $1.80 off. Now if you go to.their app they give senior discounts and something for your birthday they state. I think someone is confused. Their pizza is good but next time I will.go down the road thank you

Great service, but they get BUSY. Order ahead via phone or mobile to take advantage of the drive thru window with less wait.

Small town customer service where your treated like family. The manager has gone above his duty more than once to assure I got my order and more.

I ordered online 4 hours in advance. When I got to the window 10 min early there was a line. No problem. By the time I actually pulled up to the window it was 20 min past my pickup time. They hadn't even started my order. I sent my son inside while waiting in line and when he came back he said all the employees were standing around jackassing. All of our pizzas had very little cheese on them and looked like they had been dropped on the floor. I didn't say anything to them at all. They just asked my name. I paid. Waited for my order then left.

I recommend not going near papa murphy's on a Tuesday. They don't handle being busy very well. We preordered at 3 for 5: 30 pm. When we arrived at 5: 30, pizzas were ready but not able to be picked-up due to the many unhappy customers waiting for theirs. Not sure we will go back at least not Tuesday.

Fast and friendly service. Not too long of wait times, and they had good suggestions on things to do in the area.

Great pizza. Next time we need to get mediums. The Thai Chili Chicken, while yummy, put a hole in my stomach for 2 days! Couldn't resist it!

It is Papa Murphy's take and bake it was, of course, perfect. Staff was helpful and wonderful. It was the same as every interaction I have ever had with this store, perfect.

They were very busy but they made our pizza very quickly and it didn't look rushed. Great job
