Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Portland OR

Always great quality of food, and normally very quick. The last trip there was a line, and appeared to be under staffed for the dinner rush. Not enough seating for everyone waiting. I wish all the menu items were posted, as I had to go to the website to figure out what I was looking for.

I never leave reviews, but I did just leave this Papa Murphys very unhappy. I gave myself an extra 10 mins for pickup and prepaid and arrived to a very moody girl who was short and rude to my boyfriend and pizza not ready and a missing item, then who refused to solve a refund in any other way than to leave a note for a manager who would be there in a few days. No effort in customer service or solutions. Snotty, moody and very rude. I work in restaurants, a manager will fix this and hopefully this person will learn something about customer service.

Ordered here twice and each time they have messed up either the size and ingredients. On top of that I received some free hair in my pizza. Hairnets and attention to details would do wonders!

They are just an over all great place to get pizza. The staff they have right now are polite and courteous. My pizzas both of them were excellent!

Nice welcoming customer service received each time I visit. Usually young high-school workers who are working, but they are always friendly and eager to help.

You shouldn't have a bunch of people running a shop that are all new. It's not their fault.it's just poor management.whoever allowed this to happen should get fired.these kids are overwhelmed and are doing their best but this is unacceptable.

There was a time when Papa Muphys was a great value with nice folks. That time is over. Over priced low quality product and poor service now rule the day here and its a sad day indeed.

It was a good run but I can now buy similar quality cooked at a similar price point, delivered, with better service from any given national chain.

The audacity to default to a 15% tip ordering online is bizarre and a very bad sign. I default to 20% in any restaurant assuming I sit, have my order taken, have my food prepared and brought, drink topped off, or if you cook it and bring it to my livingroom. 20% no questions asked. They HAND YOU A RAW PIZZA WHY WOULD THAT EARN A 15% TIP? OR ANY TIP? I don't understand what is going on here.

My first experience. Their pizza is excellent! I'm originally from NJ, so I know good pizza when I taste it. This pizza is delicious!

The employees are epic! If you go enough they even recognize you by name which is super cool. My recommendation, get the XLNY pizza.

The staff here is always so friendly, and the food quality is great! My family and I love grabbing food from here.

I called the store to let them know that I would be there to pick up my order shortly. It was seven minutes before closing. The girl that answered the phone did not greet me or announce who I had reached. She said I’m sorry we can’t take any more orders and hung up the phone on me, before I even had a word come out of my mouth. I called back and I was hung up on without even anyone saying a word.very disappointing!

The pizza was average. U think they rush to make orders. Some employee more friendlier than others.

I'm not sure what say about this place. I come from the east coast. Where you want pizza to go you don't want to have to go pick it up then cook it. That is the hole reason for ordering a pizza not to cook it at least. Than for the price what the fu. I have had better frozen pizza?

Everybody wanted pizza tonight, and the Portsmouth Papa Murphy's came through. The crew was a blur of dynamic activity, quickly and cheerfully keeping us all fed. Love them!

I totally used to love this location, it’s convenient, by my house, however the last two times I’ve came to this location there’s been a problem. Last time they double charged me then I had to wait three days to get my money back and this time I ordered my food I was the only one in the store so I was the first order in a family comes in behind me order salads they make all Of the salads from scratch for the people that came in after me before they made my pizza which took them all of two minutes. I am seriously irritated and it just so happens to be the same woman that charged me twice and told me that I had to wait for a manager because she didn’t know if I was being honest. Is this because I’m black? Why am I being treated so poorly?

This spot clearly knows how to satisfy their clients. Always with a super nice mindset. The food is affordably priced, always flavorful and clean.
