Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Milwaukie OR

I love the pizza but sadly they treat their employees horribly. No breaks or lunch breaks. Then take 30 mins off their pay when they do not get a lunch. They also put up hours and do not let them go at the scheduled time. What manager says "you want something you earn it"? Illegal

Placed an order online to be picked up at 11 am when they open. It's 11 10 and no one is in the store. You guys deserve 0 stars for how disrespectful you are to your clients

This is a great place that hires teenagers who do a great job, excellent service excellent pizza.

I got a ranch dressing instead of the icing in my cinnamon ring. It was on it before I noticed. I called for replacement and all thay kept saying is I could stop in for the icing but would have to buy another cinnamon ring dessert to get the icing. I'm new to this area and will not be going back.

The employees were nice but seemed a little uninformed or naive maybe. I'm not sure how to explain their customer service was some what not up to par. I have worked in restaurants, and been in retail sales and customer service positions I have always gone above and beyond to take care of the customer/guest making sure they come back again & again.i think employers should train their employees better.if the employees are well trained it shows.in my opinion when you see an employee who doesnt quite know how to do their job and isnt comfortable doing their job it's really more of a reflection on the employer rather.than the employee.but over all the girls were nice.

It was very busy being Halloween night but staff worked efficiently. Still got our pizzas fairly quickly.

Great time for family there hey what more do you mean wife they're all most of these places are the same and that's what I like I don't want a different piece every night or every time I want to know what I'm getting and what I'm used to and Papa Murphy's is the place two thumbs up great pizza peace I'm out

Very clean and they make my pizzas the same way everything! I've been to other papa Murphys and their pizzas were trash. So now I strictly stick to this one!

Food great, I will retract this if they can explain how at 1 Am 2days after I purchased Pizza they Charged another 28. Dollars on the credit card I used. It hasn't been taken care of yet! So we will see! I would definitely think about using a debit card there.

**CUSTOMER INFO ON TIPS** WHERE TIPS ON COUNTER GO!
I was made aware that tips on the counter (in cup) go to the manager. MANAGER ONLY! Tips that you add through your card get distributed amongst all the employees! After asking, I was told that not all Papa Murphys locations follow this practice.
I always have great service and ALL TIPS should be distributed amongst ALL STAFF! A good leader is only as good as his employees! Hopefully this gratuity practice will change soon as I think it’s despicable!

During quarantine this has been my go-to location to order from for delivery, since they still offer the classic cheesy bread wheel. Normally they're a 5star service everytime, even if they're out of toppings requested, they've always been friendly and thorough about making sure my order is up to par. However today when they called to see what replacement topping I wanted, they didn't quite get what I said right. My boyfriend, who used to manage a Papa Murphy's, decided to call them to sort it out and see about getting a credit the next time we go into the store. But instead he was told that they made it exactly how I had instructed. When he tried to clarify that he heard the whole conversation and that I'd asked for the topping on the whole pizza, Stephanie (the Papa Murphy's employee) laughed and said okay- then just hung up on him. Being in customer service, that's not how you talk to or handle an issue a customer has!

The people are so friendly and the pizza is always so good. They always have my order done on time too. I've gotten into the habit of treating new neighbors and people in need with pizzas and salads from Papa Murphy's. People love it!

This restaurant is obviously one of the tastiest place to eat in the region. Whenever I go there I am very satisfied. They keep their very high standard service and the highest level of dishes they offer. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

All the stores have consistent quality, this location is no different. Great service, quick transaction, they have disposable gloves available if you need them.

Same service as any other PM, except they couldn't tell me the difference between two products. Only other difference is their Covid markers were made by a 4th grader. Why have 3 different signs in 3 different places? Lol

I call this superb restaurant once a month because I enjoy the special atmosphere that is exist in this place. The personel is extraordianrillyremarkably loving and well trained. The service is impressively fast. Needless to say, the food they cook is excellent. I have been there more than once and I was never disappointed. The pay is reasobable. I highly suggest this restaurant to my friends and family.

Had a great experience in here with my son. The food arrived rapidly and the customer service is just great. Prices are affordable.

They are verry nice people expecialy the manager, she is a good person and tries to make everyones days wonderful and treats you with respect.

$16 now for a tiny cowboy pizza? I used to come here because it was cheap, but prices have gone up now, it seems, due to our current national situation.
