Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Astoria OR

Inflation is murder, sure, but the prices are absurd for the quality. Frozen pizza is a far better deal and, dare I say it, product. The employees were better than the business deserved. Minimum wage despite such prices is disgusting. And the place closes early because they can't get workers, surprise.
Also, celiacs should not roll the dice with gluten free crust. The sauce blades touch wheat constantly

We ordered a cowboy pizza and it didn't have the normal spices on it, just was a bland pizza.

Don't love the location but they were fast and friendly. Pizza was yummy like always.

We have pizza a lot in our family. We love Papa Murphy's because it is unequaled. Are take and bake pizza is always made fresh. The employees are always friendly and helpful. We use their rewards program and often accumulate free desserts. Thank you for being a wonderful part of our community and serving our family!

Have ordered from other Papa Murphys places before. Love the pizzas! But gotta say, when I picked up my pizza from here last night, garlic chicken bacon artichoke pan pizza, it was LOADED with toppings. Best ever!

While paying for my order I had forgotten my card in my car, the gentleman behind me offered to pay for my dinner I politely declined telling him, I did have the funds just had the wrong card. He plead with me, insistent on buying our dinner. I reluctantly accepted. The pure joy on that man's face was priceless. Moral of the story. Sometimes by being so humble as to let someone pay for something for you, you in turn are the one doing the good deed.

Employees were nice, worked fast. Not the best pizza in the world but not terrible. Bout 50 bucks for 2 family sized pizzas which seemed to be not much bigger than the larges.

Not good. Missing food. Mismade size. Treated rude when politely brought to attention. With no apology or offer to fix. After years of ordering im in shock. Will never purchase from there again. Mistakes can be made. But no offer to rectify the issues. And to be treated with Smerky rudeness. Unwanted unneeded. Ill need to join the ranks of ones walking away.

The pizza that was made for me tonight (30 mins before closing) looks/tastes amazing! This girl should build the pizzas for your ads!

I ordered a pizza on the app for pickup at 2: 15pm to be ready at 3: 00pm. I arrived at 3: 05pm. My pizza was not in the “pickup” area. An “employee” asked me about my order, when placed, how placed, etc. “Oh, I remember making it. It looks like someone took your pizza”. WHAT? I was asked what pizza I ordered. (She just made it 15-20 minutes ago, and had the order SOMEwhere! I looked at my app and told here what my ONE pizza order was. I asked if I could get a free soda since my pizza was not there as ordered. “No. It will only take a few minutes to make”. Well ok! When it was ready, she tossed it in the end of the counter and said “ your pizza is in there”. Well, needless to say, customer service is not a priority. You be the judge.

This is the store located in the town I live in. The employees here are always plesant to deal with and are quick at getting pizzas made. I also get great coupons by signing up for text messages from them. The last time I was here I had a $5 off text coupon on a family sized pizza. Great place to go!

1 star review going to who I’m assuming is the male manager in the back. Your employees are working hard and doing a great job. It’s highly inappropriate to scream at employees in front of customers. Figure it out because you made not only your employees obviously uncomfortable tonight, but customers as well.

Order Inside, on app or phone in to have easy and timely access to pickup your pizza drink or menu item. I ordered in person at the store and my pizza was made up fresh and ready to take home and bake in a few minutes. Service from order to pickup was courteous and effective. Pizza was well received at home and promptly baked and devoured.

What can you possibly complain about? ProTip: put your oven on 400 not 420 degrees because it can sneak up on you and burn. Check often, nothing worse than being excited about a pizza (that's amazing from them, IF YOU DO IT RIGHT) and it gets burned. All around great.

Great price. Freshly made and when you take it home and bake it, you have a nice hot pizza.
