11Person was rude on the phone and hung up on me when I called in the order. Wasn't greeted when I came in to pay and pick up.
Visited this location October 4th 2023 at 8: 48 p.m. And have never been treated so rudely in our lives. The two girls that were working the counter obviously wanted to go home early and treated us with rude disrespectful behaviors. Should train staff to improve PR skills and treat paying customers better.
The pizza was pretty good but I ask for light red sauce and no onions and got heavy sauce and onions
The young woman who took my order messed up my order and insisted of correcting the mistake she got all high and mighty about it and refused to correct the mistake and started throwing me an aditude about it. Apparently this is acceptable behavior at this store. They will never get any business from me in the future.

Kuddos to the manager this afternoon (6/12/23). I don't know what happened prior to the man asking you to use a second bag, but unless you said something awful to him, he was out of line with his rudeness. I'm so sorry he talked to you like that.
Very fun pizza experience, always tailored to my hunger and flavor needs. I love the employees, super nice and fun to interact with. They always look like they enjoy making and serving their pizza.
I think I can say accurately now that this location has started to make their pizza with less ingredients. I have gotten pizza here for years and the last time I got one I was shocked at how light it weighed. I visited my daughter in Arizona and got the same pizza and it had the old familiar "heft" to it. Cheaper in Arizona too. It is my opinion that this location is shorting people of their full order. Shame too, I like their pizza, I just don't like dishonesty.
Always love getting our pizza here. Take it home cook it up play the video games with our pizza night.
Their take n bake pizzas are great! Fast service, clean place. Oh and the cookie dough.that's awesome! They also have drinks as well and other great things on their menu. This is not a dine in place.
We brought two pizzas home that were so salty my child was sick all night. The pizza here used to be so good. I understand inflation however when you change ingredients and it makes people ill I just can't purchase a meal from you again.
