6I was treated horrible by the manager over the phone and in person. The manager cursed at us and lectured us. Other customers stepped in to say the behavior was inappropriate. When I reported this to their area manager I was accused or lying. Will not return to papa murphys. Figaros pizza in molalla by far provides better food and service. I'll take my business where it's appreciated.
Love this location! Always consistent, always fantastic. Management here is great, and Natalie is so helpful, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend.
I place an order at this location ever few weeks on Tuesday to pick up around 4pm. My pizza is always made perfectly how I order (with substitutes) and ready for pick up when I arrive. The pizzas are also made very evenly (I'm picky, haha). I am also always greeted when walking in. My service has been like this for about the past 2 years. Someone at this location cares and it show so Thank You!
We got three pizza's on Friday and they were wonderful! More toppings than normal and they were perfect.
I don't see how a medium half Hawaiian & half pep cost more than a family size pep. Some cons if you ask me.
3 kids working who were very unfriendly. They got my pizza wrong. When I called to say something. The young man who answered the phone was extremely rude and snappy. When I said I would take it up with the manager tomorrow. He said whatever and hung up on me.
