Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Albany OR

Ordered pizza on May 16,2020 And none of the employees were wearing mask. Try to find an email to contact store because obviously the employees do not care that they are supposed to be wearing mask and there is no email for that specific store. Will not return.

As a celiac, it's always more difficult to find good gluten-free pizza crusts. Papa Murphy's does a decent job though and I've ordered from them a few times. This time I got the Papa's Perfect: a half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. Sauce volume was average. I like a little bit more sauce, but that's just personal preference. The sauce isn't too sweet which is nice. The cheese level was good. A nice even coating holding everything together. Topping quantity was also good. Plenty of pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and pineapple with good distribution. The only problem was the crust. Gluten-free crusts are never going to be great. That's just my reality. Their dough is fine, that is, flavor and holding together without crumbling. It's just hard to cook them. You end up too crunchy on the outer ring, but pale and blah on the bottom. Thankfully, flavor is decent, but texture is just difficult to love. Maybe in an industrial oven it can be done better, but for take-and-bake it's all on you, and you just need to take what you get. But again, it's a good pizza. I recommend it. Just don't expect that elusive perfect gluten-free crust.

This place is easy to get into by car. The wait is never that long. I love that the staff is friendly. I come often for there $12 Tuesday deals.

Love the thin crust but wish they would dust the tray with cornmeal so it would slide off the tray without sticking.

Best pizza around. I wouldn't go anywhere but here for the best Cowboy thin crust. Fantastic, clean, friendly place.

I don't like precooked pizza establishments, for some weird reason but I have spent THOUSANDS on this pizza and still believe it's hands down THE BEST PIZZA IN ALBANY I've been living here 25 years & tried them all numerous times and stand firm, also this particular location wins awards annually and I attribute most of that to their fresh ingredients. Maybe It helps that I know exactly who supplies their vegetables and trust me he only deals with the best quality farms.

Went in for me free pizza this evening and even though the line was out of control long the staff was super friendly and fast!

Currently sitting waiting on our pizzas. The staff here are just wonderful Friendly, have smiles on their faces and work very quickly! We appreciate everyone who works here and the effort they put into their job. Keep up the good work!

I always get good service and my cowboy pizza was great! For a quick work day meal they are hard to beat.

We walked in when it was like 5minutes until they closed, and they still took our order of making 2pizzas. They were still super friendly, even though they had almost everything wrapped and ready to be put away. Way to go and I will definitely return!

Best Papa Murphy's I've ever been too. They always make the pizza perfect. I suggest calling or ordering online. They are usually pretty busy but can easily handle a rush.

Super friendly staff, pizzas were made exactly to order, and the price was amazing. It was very nice to feed our family of 5 with 3 different pizzas for less than $40.00 and it was delicious. Like supah delicious! 11/10 will order from here again.

They forgot my discount.then when i got home i found that one of the pizzas was not anthing like i ordered. So i had to take it back to get the right one.they only said sorry. I had people at home waiting so they could go trick or treating.not a good night.

They staff is always very friendly and lively. They are keen to help you with current valid coupons.

Good service, fast, but I have never been a fan of their dough. It's very plain and has no desirable texture. But at the end of the day it's still pizza and is worth 3 stars.

I went there to take advantage of a promotion that was on their billboard. I was greeted at the door by an employee whe told me they were no longer honoring that promotion and they were not offering substitutes. I felt like this was a borderline bait-and-switch promo. The employee just started offering me more expensive alternatives. I will not support a company that practices deciving sales tactics

On the way to pick up a Papa Murphy's pizza on Tuesday, I hear the add for 12.00 Tuesday on the radio. I get to Papa Murphy's, order my pizza, 16.00. I tell them I just heard 12.00 Tuesday on radio, she says oh we don't participate, except in summer. I'm not a happy camper
