Pape' Machinery customer service is the best with high quality, caring, staff. Ray Rodriguez patiently showed us different features between S130 & S240 John Deere Series riding lawn mowers. No pressure. We enjoy our S240. Jennifer in service department is excellent. She & Chris care about their customers. I hope the John Deere Co.realizes what a treasure they have for their business in Kirk Gilman. Kirk far surpasses the little of ‘salesman’—as Kirk is a very special unique, and down to earth guy. Not only does he know all about each tractor and what it can or can’t do for you, he is honest in telling you. He also knows all the equipment and their uses.

Kirk is like visiting with your best farmer friend. He listens to what you want, he is honest, (not trying to sell you something not suited for your place,) he is patient, and he stands by his word—words that you feel you could do a handshake on. Kirk fallows through what he says he will do. When my son, Joe and I came to buy a new tractor and many implements for our recently bought property, we could not have been happier with the knowledge, good advice, kindness, full attention and great help in all the dealings Kirk gave to us.

If a promotion or raise in pay comes up, please consider Kirk, he deserves it for how hard he works at doing a great job.

Had a great experience! I came to get a small leaf blower and was glad everything was reasonably priced and wide selection, the staff took time to walk me through the buying experience and even made sure my leaf blower was working and topped off, they also asked to show me how to use it and make sure I was happy with it. I’ll be stopping by here for future purchases definitely recommend to anyone looking for outdoor equipment

I stopped in to buy a small part, and was very well taken care of. I spent $1 and received 10 minutes of excellent advice from Steven. It felt like very good, old-fashioned service. Definitely recommended.

Kirk was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us get the tractor we needed. It's working out great so far, the tractor has been able to do everything we needed.
