I've shopped here a handful of times since moving to the neighborhood a year ago. I don't know if there's a secret handshake or what, but this is the most consistently rude staff I've ever encountered. Literally every single time. I've been there when it's busy and when it's nearly empty; I've purchased a lot and I've purchased a little. I was just there again to get a birthday card for my brother, and I would drive into Portland for a birthday card before ever shopping there again. It takes a lot for me to write a review of a card shop, but seriously! It's almost funny, but mostly it's unbelievable.

They use to carry thymes brand products bar soap and told me when we get it they would call me… that was a year ago. I had to call them and they seem clueless. I use to think they care about the customer but they don’t.

This place is WILD! So many cool things, I am stunned. This place is amazing, go check it out!

They don't focus on fun pens, cards, or stationery anymore, which is really sad. Everything is very expensive. They have fun stickers, but it's really more of a "look around" store now with some small novelty gifts. And the lady at the register is always a little weird.

I love this store! It has cute gifts, cards, wrapping paper, funny kitchen towels, and they offer a gift wrapping service.
They have updated the inside of the store, too.

Great selection, fun stuff, helped me get all the supplies I could need for us to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. Staff is always friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to help me last Christmas.

I popped in yesterday not knowing what to expect and absolutely loved this place. The decorations are all so adorable. This is the best place to shop if you’re having a child’s birthday party, or you’re just an adult who loves cute decorations. Thanks to the staff who helped me with all my balloons, you made my party really special.
