Sooo.we went down to paradise with big doubts of getting a truck. We went down from Grants Pass and looked at one. We didn't like the truck and didn't buy it.
On our way out we saw a second truck that was above our price range but what the heck, why not try? We went back in and talked to Richard. Told him we liked this truck but it was priced above our budget. His response was "since you drove all the way down here from Grants Pass I'll give it to you for the same price as the other one". I got suspicious! Well he got us a 3% interest rate. Test drove it and bought it. It had an open recall and we took care of that. Now this was about 6 months ago. We couldn't be happier! Great truck! We also purchased a warranty. Now this is the interesting part. A few days ago I called Richard and told him the truck was having an issue. He told me instead of bringing it all the way down to Medford, just take it to their service center in Grants Pass and talk to some guy Cody. (Will do a separate review on Cody later), well I did this. Cody plugged the truck in to the computer and got a code for a misfire on cylinder 4. Although our warranty covered it, our deductible was 100.00 and the part cost us 74.00. Cody had me go buy the part and put it in for free! I'm just going to close out this review by saying I was told negative stuff about Paradise, and here I sit 6 months after this purchase giving them, especially (Richard) a big 5 star review! Ok, enough said! I need to go do my review on Cody!

I bought a car a little over a year ago. Since I bought it I have had over a thousand dollars in repairs and they welded my timing chain cap down, which is dangerous, so when my timing chain broke again it shot metal shavings into my engine! Now I have a condemned engine and of course they don't have any record of any work done on my car! Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from these crooks!

Got ripped off. Bought a car with the warranty repair plan thing. Car starts having issues not even a year of buying it. Get told it’s “wear and tear” even though we haven’t done any heavy driving on it. Mechanic hasn’t called me to fix the issue even though I was willing to pay. I’d avoid this place. Straight lemon dealer. RESPONSE TO D BAG MANAGER: yes it was paradise auto center that told me the warranty wouldn’t cover, we have contacted the mechanic in Medford several times was told we would get a call and never got a call we have tried several times to get in contact and they shine us off. If my review is meaningless you wouldn’t have responded. Update: they never honored the warranty and after never mentioning it before they said they needed maintenance records saying that I I changed the oil. The manager when I asked him was a rude d bag about it and lied saying he let me and my wife know (he didn’t) DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. These people are liars and scam artists and the manager at the Medford location is a massive liar and D bag.

FINAL UPDATE: after taking the car to a mechanic I had to have the turbo replaced. The mechanic told me after I explained the situation that they most likely sold me a car with the faulty turbo since the damage was too severe to be from the miles I put on it. Paradise auto did nothing to help and the warranty they sold me with the car was worthless. All in all I can definitely say they ripped me off and that no one should buy a car here. They will take your money, sell you a broken car, and act like it’s your fault the broken car they sold you is broken.

Sold me a car that broke down a week into owning it. Sales person lied about warranty. Now I’m out a car and my deposit. Don’t buy from here. They will sell you a clunker.

A great place to buy your next vehicle. They will shop all the banks to get you the best rate for your car loan. Quality vehicles at any price range. Ask for Rich!

If you see a Paradise Auto Sales (or something similar) pop up on maps, it's the same place. These scammers have tried to create new locations to hide their bad reviews.

I had a 17 year old foster child who really wanted a car, but he couldn't afford one in the price range he was looking for, nor did he have any credit. He ended up here, they told him that they would sell him a car at a normal interest rate, and he fell for it, even though the car was way over MSRP. He gave them a few thousand dollars for some sort of down payment, but the bank didn't actually approve his loan. He was told it would take more than a day for an approval, which is false, as an auto loan approval usually only takes 15 minutes. The dealership eventually called him back, weeks later. They told him the loan didn't go through, and that he would need to come back in to sign a new agreement and possibly get a loan at something like an 18% interest rate. If he didn't agree, he would have to return the car and they would keep his money. This is a classic yo-yo scam, and is is illegal.

If no one else will sell you a car, there is a reason for that. You don't randomly find one place that can magically make it work. They all finance through the same banks, and you would ideally call up your own bank and use their financing instead. If anyone you know has ended up in a similar situation, seek legal advice. This place is a trap, and its employees prey on people who don't understand how financing works.

See those good reviews of this place? Click on the names of people leaving the reviews and take a look at their other reviews. Fake reviews are pretty easy to spot, especially if they've reviewed a bunch of places all at once, instead of over a period of time.

Oscar in Medford and Lynne in Grants Pass were amazing to work with! They were both incredibly helpful and straightforward. Oscar sat with us to find the right vehicle (ended up being on the Grants Pass lot) and Lynne was ready when we got there to test drive and then get us through the purchase.
