Park Place Apartments, Tigard OR

Unprofessional management doesn’t respond during office hours. Horrible living conditions don’t waste your money here.

I lived here for 5 years, we had over 6 managers at this property, not once where they able to make this living situation any better. The current manager is a mean, angry, nasty person. I called to ask about our security deposit and was told "that has nothing g to do with me". DO NOT MOVE HERE!

The new manager here is terrible. She's rude to the people that live here. When people ask for requests, she turns them away panicking to leave her alone.

Communication has been very poor the past few months- for the 1 year I’ve lived here we’ve had 3 (or 4?) different managers running the place, i honestly don’t even know who is in charge right now which that alone is a red flag. They just repaved and painted the parking lot, and the communication from that was minimum to non existent. We were told we could park in our spots (and some people from other building weren’t able to) and then i had someone knock on every door telling us we had to move our cars and wouldn’t be able to park for the next two days or we would be towed. The parking lot is now done (?) but we never got an email that it was finished. Our lease was technically up on June 1st, and we have had 0 communication about when we will sign a new one, what to expect etc. We’ve sent multiple emails asking about leasing options and have not had a response. The only reason we knew we are considered “month to month” now is when we had to walk to the office to ask. Just overall not the best experience, not to mention the random men who yell in the parking lot next door all night.

Update 10/14: We’ve been moved out for months and shocker! Still having issues getting ahold of the apartment manager Yadira. Yadira specifically told us we would not owe anything because our MULTIPLE emails and requests went unanswered when trying to get ahold of ANYONE to discuss lease options. Two months after we should’ve received our deposit back, and we got a bill saying we owe for no notice. I’ve called and emailed and no one has gotten back to us with an answer. We moved out 5/31 and this has been going on since so if you appreciate communication, don’t live here. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex or property management to anyone at this point. Maybe this review will help me get an actual response?

This place is dishonest and disorganized. They do not keep this place up. They are on there 3rd manger in 4 months! The owner himself to me to be patient after putting in a maintenance request that has been sitting there for over 63 days and still nothing. I am leaving as soon as possible. It’s to bad because it could be a really nice place to live.

Horrible apartments. There is no visitor parking ever. And when you park in UNMARKED spots you get towed. Not to mention when you park temporarily with your hazards on you are harassed and photographed. The interior of these apartments is atrocious. It is obvious the apartment maintenance does not fix anything nor does the complex manager care. Please do not give this place your money.

100000000% would recommend all the staff are so great and friendly. I moved in and they were so accommodating and helpful definitely a win for my first apartments ever
