My family and I loved living at Parkgrove! The apartments are right on a bus line and have a nice floorplan. The maintenance team is prompt, friendly and professional. There is always upkeep happening on the grounds. This property is well maintained year round. Chris and Julianne are the best property managers we have ever had! The office staff has always been friendly and helpful, as well. We lived at Parkgrove for 3 years when we first moved to Eugene. The only reason we moved was to buy a house! The only downside we had was the largest floorplan is 2×1. I wouldn't take my chances anywhere but here, if we still needed to rent. It really felt like home, and we will miss everyone!
Nice looking from the outside. Affordable and close to everything! Seems like it is going to be a good place for my son to live.
Lived here for 2 years and I really have no complaints. The management was super friendly, rent wasnt bad, they loved my dog, pool and gym were well kept, and the apartment wasnt half bad. I miss my big bathroom counter. Only downside was the apartment seemed to start to fall apart; but after 2 years you cant expect it to be perfect. Honestly if we didnt have a baby, we wouldnt have moved! Also, perfect spot if you go to the U of O or need to ride the bus. Beware of football season and do not plan to go home or leave the house with in 5 hours of game time! They also gave us our full deposit back and dont scam you out of your money!

I have never lived here, but the people who do are some of the worst about not picking up after their dogs.
