Parts Authority

When it was ASP things were great. Since parts authority took over things have gone down hill pretty bad. They use to have enough drivers that parts would show up in no time at all, now even if you order $500 worth of parts at 1pm. The driver won't head your way until you call 3 hours later to wonder if it's left.seems like a good way to get people to buy elsewhere.

Richard is amazing! I have a somewhat difficult vehicle to find parts for at times, but Richard went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I was taken care of.

Other parts stores in the area give me the wrong parts all the time, but ASP always gets it right, every time! Always appreciated.

Had to get a new thermostat housing for my car. Richard made sure to get me the exact part, even sent me a picture of it to verify. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I've been working with this company for years. But New ownership and there inventory is off. I needed 2 group 27 marine batteries they only had 1. They are a motorcraft parts dealer I wanted a motorcraft air filter for a Ford pickup 6.7.they were out. The old ownership would have never been out.
