Pavlov Alterations, Salem OR

Took a few dresses to Pavlov Alterations and was pretty happy with how they all turned out. However, one dress just never quite laid right and every time I went to wear it, I’d take it off because the straps were just too long. Finally, I decided to take it back it to have it altered again. She fixed the straps free of charge! I was not expecting that, and am VERY happy with the final outcome. Would definitely return (and likely will!) Skilled & professional.

Alterations turned out perfect, very very good price, and finished before I was even thinking/planning. Amazing service. Will get alterations here again.

Used them once a year or more ago and thought they were SUPER OVERPRICED. Flash forward to several days ago as my usual alterations shop (Alterations, Etc) is retiring and now out of business.

Also, not only is Pavlov overpriced, they also will only see you BY APPOINTMENT!

Is that congruent with YOU, THE CLIENT'S NEEDS? I didn't think so; it surely isn't congruent with mine.

Quality, durable, professional “seamless” work. As a lawyer who is light on top but heavier on the bottom- my suits now fit me like a glove and are perfectly hemmed, for an excellent price.

I had three professional work suits tailored, one that was complicated with pleats in the front and back. I had to have all three taken in significantly on the top, but not so much on the bottom, and was worried as these are my favorite items and aren’t in stores anymore! I had no need to worry- I picked all three up today and couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of the work. This extended the wear of my favorite work clothes by years!

Very pleased with the repairs they did on my work pants. They even noticed and strengthened a repair I did that I never even mentioned. Definitely worth the cost to keep these pants in service.

I needed something hemmed last minute for my daughter and she made it happen. Was very pleased with her work.
