They should just close down cause all they care about is how much they get paid if you don't get your stuff back. You could have a 1000 dollor anything but as soon as an new version comes out nope can't help you there are problems with your item that could happen but don't the price isn't big enough for us srry we can't help you.

Sarah and her sister are very nice and laid back people. I have been going to them for years. They are also very fair. Always given me great deals and have treated me really well. If I need to pawn things, I go to them. If I need stuff, I go to them first. I would recommend them to everyone.

I received the wrong item, purely a shipping mishap. I think the shipping labels were switched. But after that happened, Pawn Central's customer service was incredible. Phone calls and customer service were honestly the best I have ever received. I wish ALL customer service was this good, the internet would be a much better place. Two days later, I received the correct item and of course I would do business with them again. How they handle the issues speaks very highly of Pawn Central.

From the moment my grandson and I walked in we were treated like old friends! Sarah took us right to what I'd been looking for all morning, I told her my budget and she came in right on the mark with a deal that was way more than I had hoped. I have brought quite a few tools in here, and honestly Sam pays a very fair price and is knowledgeable about tools in general. I can't think of any complaints. Far better than USA pawn and All That Glitters. Keep up the great work! These girls are putting other pawn shops to shame. Excellent customer service. I will always take my stuff here before anywhere else. 5 stars all day, everyday!

I was only going to see what Central is all about but after being greeted and helped by Sam, I have actually returned a few times making purchases. She is friendly and treats you with respect. Not pushing an item to your face but educating you about your purchase. I appreciate that. So, now when I go back I feel great when Sam is helping me out.
