PCC Rock Creek Recreation Facility reviews
20 Good South Indian cuisine. Service and ambiance are lacking, feels obvious that it is either a family run place or that the owners don't have experience running a restaurant.
I waited to come here for a second time before posting a review. The first time I ordered the Gobi Manchurian as a starter and it was very good and the chicken tikka dosa which was difficult to eat due to all the fat and cartilage diced up and thrown inside the dosa (kinda gross to be honest), but it had good flavor so I rummaged through the filling to find salvageable pieces of meat. During my second visit I decided to just have plain dosa and it was great except that the chutneys were SO spicy that I had to eat the dosa with just the sambar (which was also very good).
So all in all, theres just an inconsistency and you need to know what to order.
Service is overall lacking and this place clearly is doing the bare minimum for decor but hey it's clean and spacious and that usually works for Indian restaurants.
Nice facility, be it for the playground, the turf fields (it is always great if our kids' soccer matches are taking place here), tennis courts, dog park, or simply for its half-mile paved running/ walking path. There are some baseball fields also, as well as an archery range. All well maintained.
I take my puppy to dog park. There are 3 separated fenced sections where dogs can run. My dog wants to play with any size of doggies.
Great complex, play structure for kids, soccerfields for sports (though fields are taken by teams from 5-9). Clean campus
One of our fav places to go for a hike, play in the play structure, run, skate, bike, play soccer, tennis and more! Did I mention fly kite and have picnics?
Nice place to play baseball. No access to bathrooms portables fill quick and you know the mess and smell. No shade for visitors. Could be better.
This park is amazing. Located inside of the PCC rock creek campus, the facility has multiple tennis courts, two astro turf multi purpose sports fields, four baseball diamonds, a kids jungle gym, a fenced grass field to run dogs, and an archery field.
I primarily use the archery field. Which is well designed and maintained, with standing hay bail targets at 10,20,30,40,50, and 60 yards.
I've seen everything from organized sports teams, to a group of dudes playing frisbee football. Over all it's a great place for sports or to hangout and walk your dog or ride a bike around. I highly recommend checking it out.
The soccer fields are great to run around instead of pounding pavement. The facility is fairly clean and well kept. It's also a good place for kids to get some extra energy out.
Great place for families and friends to get some exercise. There are many activities one could do, like tennis, dog park, soccer, softball archery, and playground. The place is well maintained and easily accessible.
Maintained nicely, but it's very much a residential deal. There is room for bigger dogs to run, but it's not an off lead paradise or anything. There is a Berner meetup here on the second Saturday of each month at 10. It's worth going just to see 30 Berners in one place.
Beautiful park and the best mulch ever! Best park in the area lots of room to run and play! A must visit with your furbaby
This park is amazing~!
We came here all the time with the kids. A great place to walk/ run. The fields are also amazing.
It's always a really relaxing time to meet friends here, the atmosphere here is generally super chill and it helps with anxiety to be outside
We come here all the time to walk, play tennis, hang out and eat at the tables, shoot archery, and hike! My daughter also loves playing on the play areas and biking! And the fields are beautiful! Great place to exercise and hang out!
Very nice place but the field isn't particularly good for football. Its to hard and stiff its hard for players to get good footing
I do love this dog park. The grass side just opened up. There is plenty of space even without the grass side open. Pretty clean with a surplus of tennis balls. The park also has a decent playground and numerous large fields for sports. As well as a walking path around the whole park. A trail nearby also leads to the Rock Creek Trail
I go here on a daily basis to the dog park. Great atmosphere very clean not overpopulated. Would recommend it to anybody in a heartbeat.
No food on campus after 5pm during Fall, Spring, and no food after 130 during summer term.even though classes go until 10 pm.
Great facilities, the pcc security are annoying, and the idea that you have to pay for parking on a public facility is crazy.
Attended an event here. The facilities are great. The auditorium is great with a nice big stage. The seating capacity could have been better.
