I use Dr. Cura here for pediatrics, I do recommend her.
This review is specifically for the walk in clinic. The lack of professionalism and urgency was horrid.
Trying to get ahold of anyone here via phone is a giant loop. I started calling at 8am for an appointment via Dr. Cura or walk in. Never could get through to phone staff for a walk in urgent care appointment. Loop after loop on the phone. Via my patient portal I could make an appointment for walk in via Eugene & Springfield. No Cottage Grove option.
I will further always be using Best Med (Nova Health) in the future.
Waiting THREE hours just to get in a room with a toddler is awful, then another hour for the doctor to see you. All while said 4 year old is throwing up in the lobby. So thankful PATIENTS brought me a trash can and paper towels after her throwing up in my hands and using my jacket to clean it up. Another lovely patient even brought my daughter a hair tie.
Our Family Nurse Practitioner Mary Fey was clearly having a long and overdrawn day. Wanted the first word. Not friendly. Took 10 minutes to decide on the right meds for impetigo. Just overall not a good bedside manner.
Nova health (Best Med) will be my choice furthermore. Can’t wait to compare billing as well as I am self pay/no insurance.

Made a payment to them and they sent us to collections without ever sending updated bills to us afterwards.

I have never been treated by an ER staff with more respect, compassion, and good medical care than I was at Cottage Grove. I live down south and refuse to go to Mercy. I tried CG at the recommendation of my primary care. She was right again! Excellent care! If at all possible, this is where I want to go from now on for hospitalization and ER needs. Thank you from an appreciative patient.

We are from out of town and walked in on a Saturday. The staff was wonderful! They got my daughter in right away. Everyone who worked with her took their time and did a great job. We would definitely come here again.

The worst of the worst Do yourself a favor and bypass it and go to RiverBendAll they care about is the insurance money and you'll sit there for days

I had to go to the ER today and the nurses, doctor and CT scan tech were all so lovely and helpful. Dealing with medical issues involving communication, I feel particularly, uncomfortably vulnerable at the moment and they were all more patient with me than I am with myself. They saw me quickly and were very knowledgeable. The place was clean and well organized. No one wants to go to the ER, you go because you have to and if I ever have to again, it will be this one.

On behalf of a friend, there is a few girl’s at this clinic names of Alexis and another girl. That trained so poorly to a new employee and treated them with such disrespect and attitude. Picked and picked on there new employee. Didn’t bother to stop and help and give proper help in the training process she expected them to know how to do there job properly. I believe if you have someone training a new employee they have the knowledge themselves to be training and the respect to treat people how they should be treated not belittled by every little thing they do. Not everyone is as perfect as them and you should re evaluate your employees to treat people with respect! Disgusted by this place.

1 star is being VERY generous for these people. Went in for a simple procedure for my doctor and surprise surprise they find “something” wrong with me, requiring me to stay away in their other hospital. This is costing me thousands of dollars in expenses (which we’re currently seeking legal counsel for). All because some stupid nurse named “Karen” (you read that right) couldn’t do her job correctly. This not only caused us to lose money, but undue stress and set back our move. Simply put, this clinic and the entire PeaceHealth system needs to go out of business and get some sompetent people to run the organization!

I can not provide a worse rating. I went to the ER after waking up with a stomach ache, nausea, and vomiting. I was under the impression that I had one of three things, norovirus, food poisoning, or coronavirus. They placed me on the EKG and gave me a CT scan, none of which gave me an option to decline or mention the associated costs. I have insurance through them as well since they merged its select care health insurance plan with Providence in 1997. Next thing I receive a bill for over $4000. The CT] scan alone was over two times the highest average cost for CT scans in our area. After doing additional research the EKG cost was much lower on average. How is price gouging legal for emergency services? I understand paying a bit more for ER Services although doubling/tripling the price for services is not okay. This has been on mainstream media for a while now and nothing is being done. It feels like we should die or pay outrageous prices for help.

I went in for a blood transfusion and was treated very rudely by a nurse named Kate. She had a negative attitude from the get-go. I won't deal with her again.

I've been living in cottage Grove for over a decade, and I e been to this hospital multiple times. This is by far the worse hospital experience I've had. The emergency room on a slow day has taken me 5 hours to be seen. ON A SLOW DAY.if you have a medical emergency I recommend goin anywhere else. They have awful service, don't listen to the patients and overall left me feeling bullied. A hospital is supposed to be helpful I feel.

This place is incredibly rude to their workers. Unkind and unwilling to help. Very disappointing.

My husband went here twice and has received absolutely NO diagnosis, no medication prescribed, no help, and the doctors blamed anxiety for his crippling abdominal pain. He cannot eat without puking and he could barely use the bathroom for weeks, he ended up waiting to go to his primary care doctor to get actual help. I would never recommend this place to anyone. $2,300 for one visit - with no diagnosis and no treatment whatsoever. I should have known better to take him here when I saw the 2 star review

Took granddaughter into ER tonight she swallowed her earring shes 2 1/2 everyone from the moment we walked in was so good to us, dr was thorough and attentive to us, great staff tonight very satisfied with care and treatment,

I went in to ER, they set me in covid area rt next to people with covid when I don't have it then they didn't sanitize the bathroom in between uses nore did they sanitize the covid area when the people with went back sure hope i don't it cuz they're poor sanitation

Extremely incompetent. They didn’t care about my emergency. The vast majority of American hospitals should also get 1 Star.
