Pearl Catering hit it out of the park with our wedding at Union/Pine! We did buffet-style with open bar (beer and wine only), upgraded adding on a self-service beverage station, and also hired them for the cake cutting/serving. While we did experience a bit of choppy staff turnover in our year of working with them, each new rep was incredibly friendly and we were so lucky that our two favorites executed our event day-of: Tricia and Tiffani. Tricia held our hand through every step of the process and went to great lengths to accommodate tricky dietary restrictions for two of our guests, customized the main buffet items to suit all guests, AND changed up the beer selection to best fit our crowd. All the guests loved the food (including our vegan guest with special accommodations - and trust me when I say good vegan meals can be hard to find!) - we are still hearing rave reviews weeks later! Pearl worked with us and our event designer to curate the most beautiful reception layout and selection of rentals, unexpectedly offering to cover a few rented items on the house to provide us with a further ease of experience. During the event, they separately plated our apps and dinner to ensure we got to enjoy the food, too, as the busy bride & groom. There were absolutely no mixups or errors day-of and we had the most smooth evening. Pearl Catering will not let you down and will create a delicious event that your guests will remember for years to come!

We are so impressed with Pearl Catering and the service they delivered to us for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. They are reasonably priced with what they offer in their packages. We hired them for a plated dinner and they were so organized and accommodating to special dietary restrictions. Their staff are also all so friendly. They really made sure we were satisfied with our meals. Our contact person, Ashley, was very responsive to our questions in terms of the food menus and their process. On the day of our rehearsal dinner and wedding she made sure everything went smoothly and was set up to our liking. We received many compliments of how AMAZING the food was and everyone left with their bellies full. I recommend them for all events, especially weddings!

We were introduced to Pearl Catering through our wedding planner. They were very reasonably priced for both food and alcohol. Our guests loved the food and were impressed with how much food there was! They let us bring our own wine for a small corkage fee and they provided the rest of the alcohol.

I will admit, our original communication was rocky due to some changeover in staff. After that, Pearl showed up for us. Our food was amazing, our guests wouldn’t stop talking about it! The staff was friendly, fun and thoughtful.

We enjoyed a delectable meal during our friends' wedding reception last night. The buffet was hot, well organized, and included a variety of foods from perfectly cooked tenderloin to the most brilliant vegetarian Wellington that has me scrambling for a recipe. All expertly prepared, each dish was fit for a king. So satisfied. Way to go, PEARL CATERING! Now, about that recipe.

Crab cakes, beef bites on brioche, and wild mushrooms on crostinis. Spinach strawberry salad with goat cheese, grilled asparagus, and cheesy scalloped potatoes. Steak with chimichurri, salmon with lemon beurre blanc, and vegetable wellington (cheesy vegetables in puff pastry). Bees Knees (gin, lemon juice, honey) and Old Fashions (both extra strong, thank you, Haze). The food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed it. People don’t usually complement wedding food, but everyone loved the food and got seconds at the buffet. The servers (Noida, Leslie, Asa, and Phillipe) were terrific. Haze was a fantastic bartender who helped get the party started. Blockhouse lists preferred vendors, but Pearl was a top choice anyway. Great price, excellent service, great product. You won’t regret Pearl Catering.

We hired Pearl catering for our August 2022 wedding and it was wonderful. The food was out of this world - our guests still rave about how completely delicious our food was and how quick service was! We had a plated dinner with an open bar and signature cocktails. We had around 4-5 passed hors'devours and all of it was full of flavor and left your mouth watering!

The bar was great. We had open beer/wine + 2 signature cocktails and their bartenders were amazing. I work in the wedding industry and have seen numerous times long bar lines, unfriendly bartenders, etc. This was not the case for us! Our guests still comment on how fun and friendly the bartenders were and I hope they went home with lots of tips that night! They very quickly memorized drinks and I could hardly finish mine before my glass was refilled. Also, the wine selection was fabulous!

The food was over the top. We had a TON of it and Pearl accommodated every request. Everything was fresh and great quality ingredients.

To be totally transparent, I would give the food + bar a 5/5 stars. The only knock I had was a few logistical errors and communication problems, but outside of that, I can't recommend this caterer enough! I would 100% use them again and highly recommend them to my own clients!

Pearl Catering completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding! The two things our guests praised the most was our venue and how amazing the food was! From the planning to the service the day of, Pearl Catering was truly incredible. We cannot recommend them enough!
