The services we received from Pegg, Paxson & Springer for my father was top notch! Brittni was exceeding helpful, patient, and accommodating. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. Thank you PP&S for making my father's celebration of life special and as stress-free as possible for my family.

The funeral director, Aimee, has been very kind, gentle, and understanding. She's patiently answered all of our questions as we made arrangements following the sudden and painful death of a close family member.
The first meeting was the day after the body was picked up and it was difficult and overwhelming. We were asked to make a ton of decisions regarding the urn, memorials, the viewing, and the service. After we went home and thought some more, we later realized we had made some choices that we weren't happy with. Aimee graciously and quickly redid our contract to what match we really wanted with no penalty.
Even though we asked for an extremely minimal and small viewing, it was very well done and just what we wanted; it helped us provide some closure, healing, and a calm, peaceful time to say our last goodbyes. We appreciate your guys help and compassion during such an awful time.

Dealing with the passing of my sister was extremely difficult for me and my mother but Jasmine and Julie handled everything so nicely. They were kind, compassionate and very understanding and did their best to help us as much as possible. My family thanks them so much for helping us during this very difficult time.
