Amazing deals! The staff were very helpful. Great options for clothing, shoes, and blankets. I left with a jacket and two shirts and spent less than $100.

I really love the look and the quality of the product; however it is difficult to find things in 3XLT apparently everybody needs to be trim and fit in order to purchase and wear their clothing. Good luck if you're six foot two with long arms 36 to 37 in arm length I need a 19 inch color, your choices will be extremely Limited!

I stop in time to time to look at sales and new merchandise, the ladies who work there know me and are always so warm and inviting!

Totally can see what the person below said about treatment of BIPOC. The air in that place is heavy with judgment. Only wealthy, older looking white people are greeted. The rest are ignored or probably watched. The older staff were nice when checking out but the younger orange haired woman wouldn't even say hi and just glared when I tried to be friendly upon checking out. Didn't say a word as I stood there.so someone else had to help me, even though this woman was the one at the register. Sounded like the older staff had to keep apologizing to this girl too, because of how rude she was to them as well. Im assuming she's a manager, with how she acted like she couldnt be bothered to help the commoners. Training won't help that air of superiority from that person.

We are from out of town and do not have a Pendleton Outlet close to us. I was so happy with the selection of women's clothing. I was able to shop uninterrupted, the store is very clean and organized, which made my shopping experience quite lovely. We were able to get great bargains. We will definitely keep this on our to do list the next time we are in the Pacific Northwest.

Definitely not the quality they had 40 years ago when my aunt Vita worked at Pendleton Woolen Mills

They have a great collection of bags, as well as all the blankets you'd ever need, pet supplies, mugs, boots, all the good stuff.

Cool outlet store though not that much cheaper unless you stick to the clearance racks. Covid protocols in place and hand sanitizer is offered at the front of the store.

Great quality blankets and board shirts. But customer service is very poor, non-welcoming and discriminatory to dark skinned peoples. We felt like we were bothering the workers when we asked questions. Meanwhile whites were very well taken cared of. This is very sad considering the fact that the origins of this enterprise comprised of a partnership between Native Americans and whites.
We decided to visit the Milwaukee store and it was the total opposite. There was a feeling of welcome and pleasantness and respectfulness. Please go to this store instead, you will feel better about your purchases!

Excellent selection, especially if you're looking for a good deal on an irregular item. We found a classic Pendleton patterned blanket for a great price. They had to explain why it was labeled irregular. Any flaws were inconsequential and invisible unless you knew what the "problem" was already.

Custer service was great. Nice selection. Only thing mens sizes wasn't much selection only s-m then XL-2x and above no large

Lovely merchandise. But you can't try on anything. No point in even going into the store. Might as well shop online if you can magically see how a garment looks on you.

This is a really delightful store. You've got to love those outlet prices. They have a really great selection from casual wear, to blankets, wallets, sweaters and more. You'll definitely find what you're looking for whether it be for yourself or a gift for a friend.

I went here to find my mother some pajamas and bath robes. High end for sure! Top quality everything!
