My dog started having sezuires recently and I called them and got him in as soon as I got there they were very compassionate and helpful ill never go anywhere else for my pets, the only thing I would change if I could is having a 24 option closer than Pasco but as for the services they do offer there's nobody better imo

My family's cat had a medical emergency. Unfortunately, our cat had to be put down due to the severity of its condition, but the on call Dr was very kind and knowledgeable about his condition as well as how to put our family at ease.

Very nice people. Can tell they care about your pet, willing to stay on the phone with me even after they closed because I was concerned about my cat.

Tried to schedule an appointment all day without it happening going in person waiting for a call back all day.and calling and being put on hold one for 10 minutes being forgotten about. Calling back they wanted to put me on hold again immediately. Went in person at the end of it all and will never be going back. Due to the lack of consideration of my work schedule and time. And the lady I dealt saying we don’t want to deal with you after I had tried my very best to be calm and collected thru it all. I just said I can see by the way you handled the situation that this is not going to work and walked away.

So this one is hard, because I have had great experiences with all the vets there until our last visit. Our pup had an ear infection in one ear and a yeast infection in the other. Our usual vet was busy so we chose to see a different vet because getting him seen sooner was important. Although the vet did diagnose him and medicate him appropriately. Her opinions on cropping and docking, made our appointment very uncomfortable. The very first statement was that I needed to take him to the vet that cropped his ears. Well first off we weren't there for anything concerning his cropped ears we were there simply for a diagnosis and meds for his ear infection and yeast infection. Also the breeder had his ears done and the vet is many hours away. I also shouldn't have to defend my choices on my pet's. I love my critters and absolutely want what's best for them. Our vet closed in Milton Freewater and so we moved to the Pendleton vet.

Great staff, pretty average wait times but Love the doggy toy bin that my pup took full advantage of to reduce boredom and anxiety. Also appreciate the availability of after hours emergency service at this clinic.

Went in to get dewormer for my dog. They took a parvo test for him that I didn’t ask for and had to pay $150 for something I didn’t even ask them to do and then they don’t realize the walls there are thin meaning you can hear every mean thing they are saying. Would not recommend they don’t do payments so if you don’t have a few hundred to a thousand dollars in your bank I would recommend going somewhere that is more understanding and willing to work with your budget for your fur family

I am an awkward person and have terrible social anxieties. I do not get out and socialize much, but my best friend and dog needed to see the vet.

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. She saw Bru (dog) was antsy and offered a toy. She took my information and even got my into an earlier appointment. I chronically show up way too early.

I loved the vet. She is an advocate for animals and she ensured I knew what care I needed for Bru and what I could be doing better. Bru was treated in the room for her ear infection, I was told to stop giving her bones, change her food, and the vet left. She left me feeling much more educated in caring for my animal.

And as silly as it sounds, I loved just paying in the room. Exam, ear treatment, and pill prescription (very anxious at the vet). $200. Not bad.

These people are great. My kids have pet rats and they are always willing to see them for any issues they have. Many vets around here won't see small animals or "exotics" ie anything but cats and dogs.

First visit to a vet for Midnight. Staff were very gentle, easily answered my questions as Midnight got her exam. But what a stinker! When I tried to trim her claws a couple of months she ripped up one side and down the other. Now she calmly laid in the assistants arms as the vet casually clipped Midnight's daggers. No blood at all! How did that happen?
