I had a great experience here - the van I rented was excellent, had a ton of room inside (basically the same as the smallest box truck), and all the staff were great. It was easy to check in and check out and pretty reasonably priced.

Cass from Penske Corp set up my reservation with Columbia location, confidential, compassionate and affordable. Alternative communication was important, and fulfilled. From the moment I spoke with Cass, to making adjustments on pickup date, to receiving the keys, I'd have to say was the best experience I have ever had with renting a moving truck. 5️ from start to finish. I give it a one star just based off the price alone. The price was ridiculous. The staff was incredibly amazing though. It was clean and there was coffee in the waiting room. That was nice the price it gives me a cringe Though.
