Peppertree Pub (located inside Best Western) reviews
16Beers were good, but the tacos were pretty weak. Shells weren’t even warmed - just straight out of the bag, beans were right out of a can?
The review is for the service. Nice guy but an hour long wait just because the guy didn't write my room number for my order and I had to call and check what the hold up was. No apologies even
The pizza we received from here was inedible. The top of the pizza was barely cooked but the bottom was burnt. When you picked up a slice, it would fall apart into a pile of mush. We aren’t mad, just terribly disappointed.
Too spendy for the amount of food you get.took a long time to get food out. Asked 3 times for a side of ranch that was supposed to come with the wings. Overall, quality doesn't match the prices. Pizza dough was raw and cold in the middle.
This pizza joint is off the hook! Their pizza is delicious and always hot and fresh.but my favorite menu item is their homemade giant cookies, they melt in your mouth.
Their sandwiches are the flimsiest sandwiches I have ever eaten, even prepared for myself. I'm sorry for buying one of their sandwiches, would never recommend.
Pizza wasnt ready until almost a half hour after they said it would be ready for pickup, but the pizza was great. Excellent crust and delicious cheese!
Too much great food to choose from! Subs are delicious, the salads are well dressed with goodies, and the meatballs are a Must appetizer! And dont forget the beer choices!
Pizza is decent enough but they Never seem to get it right. Tonight’s adventure, they burned it really bad, including three other to go orders before us. Charged us all full price and then told us they were starting over. Took another half hour after we came to pick up “to go”. Would have just cancelled but they took our money and ring us up before telling us. Same for the three customers in front of us.
When it seemed every restaurant in town was overloaded, we were able to order and be seated immediately. Pizza was good.
Super delicious! We stopped in after a long day of chasing waterfalls. Pizza, salad, and beer was all amazing
Great customer service and food, even with the restrictions. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients, and the beers came out ice cold!
Got an American pizza, soon as you pick it up all the toppings fall off and you're eating melted cheese on bread. Tasted pretty good but couldn't eat it without picking all the toppings off the plate wish they had a thicker crust. Good service and friendly staff just poor food design. All the toppings were enormous sliced baby tomatoes in half & 3"x1" bell peppers. Very disappointed because it looked good. Better to just go to abbys down the street and get a proper thin crust if that's what you're looking for.
Good staff but the salad and calzone were trash. Both had nasty old chicken in them, tasted like old rotisserie chicken. Would not recommend. Calzone was doughy and not folded right, the bottom was paper thin and it completely fell apart as soon as a I picked it up. My friend's pizza looked terrible, had pices of bell pepper the size of Alaska on it and completely fell apart as he picked it up. The "chef" needs a class on cutting vegetables. Really low quality ingredients. Wasted $30 bucks. 2 stars because everything was good except the food.
Awful experience. We wanted to sit outside and they told us only groups of 4 can sit outside so they can keep the tables 6 feet apart. Understandable but here’s the thing.the place was dead. We have a family of 6. There are a total of 12 tables outside. Moving tables together would of still allowed for safe distance. We sat inside and ordered. Our son wanted to make his own pizza (part of the reason we came here, it’s pretty neat). They told us he would be able to, so we waited for it to come. All our food came out and his pizza was already made. They told us we were misinformed and they can’t allow kids to make their own pizza anymore. We understand COVID is making things difficult but the lack of common sense with these rules along with poor customer service is the reason businesses are going under. We will not be going back.
We are trying very hard to support our local businesses during the pandemic. We ordered Z pizza tonight for the first time. We received it through Door Dash. Unfortunately, when we received our order the pizza was not completely cooked and we had requested pineapple on half of it and it was thrown on the whole pizza. We also ordered artichoke and spinach dip (which is $11) and received a tablespoon of the dip. I contacted Z pizza immediately and instead of making any attempt to rectify the situation, I was hurried off the phone with an "I'll let the kitchen staff know" comment. We won't be giving you'll another try.: (
