Percasso is absolutely amazing to work with!
I've used several vendors in the past for coffee service in medium sized companies. Several in the Portland area are pretty exceptional when it comes to selection and customer service, and yet Percasso manages to go above and beyond even those standards.
They proactively check in on how things are going, frequently set up coffee tastings for us (staff love it), and are so flexible and responsive to weird requests we send their way.
From a cost perspective, I've found Percasso to be extremely reasonable. From a value perspective when you take into consideration how much time their staff are willing to spend making you happy, they are an incredible bargain.
I highly recommend them to any office that's looking for a vendor they can trust and have a relationship with.
