I booked an appointment on line. I have never been here before. I did not choose the stylist. Do not go to Derrell. She does not listen to your request even after you show her pictures of what you want.

I believe the the lady that cut my hair, name is Coral I am not sure how to spell her name. She was very nice and did a very good job on my hair.

My boyfriend went there to get one inch cut off and they cut everything off and we’re late do not recommend and never going there again

My wife made an appointment for our two kids we arrive at 12: 50 for our 1: 00pm appointment. We were told to leave and come back in 20 minutes since we were so early. After coming back at 1: 10 they were just finishing up on the walk in appointment and were able to start on one of my child’s haircut. You would think if you have an appointment that was made several days prior you shouldn’t have to wait for a walk in. The person who cut my grandsons hair was rude and awkward she never spoke, never smiled just flat out rude. My grandson is 5 a little bit of niceness goes a long way instead she gets a booster seat puts it in chair and stairs at my grandson never says a word. I tell her what we want and she grunts and nods I have to double check she understands what we would like. It was like that the whole haircut very weird. The other lady that cut my granddaughters hair didn’t even have her sit down she asked her to stand and she simply cut her hair dry and that was it. We will never go back there and hopefully after reading this you won’t make the same mistake we did.

I only went here because my usual place was closed. Red flag when a customer returned to get his cut fixed while I was in the chair. The stylist said her razor was dull but didn't bother replacing it. Two days later I had to find someone else to fix my hair the layers are uneven. I won't go back to this salon the stylist needs to go back to school.

The lady in front when I first came in told me a high and tight would cost 12.95 she finished in like 10 mins when it was done she charged 25.95. And then when I came home I looked and she missed quite a few places.

I do like the final outcome of my hair. However, it was extremely expensive. I booked online and chose several services for which I was quoted a price. AFTER my appointment was done, the cost was twice as much as I was quoted online. I couldn't very well not pay but I won't go back again. Be sure to get a price in person before you're done. I've never paid so much to have my hair done before.

Worst place in Hermiston to get a hair cut. Messy job, cut into my hair line, and just overall unprofessional. Will never be going back.

I had booked an appointment at 9am when they opened and waited 20 minutes, and no one ever showed up to open the business. They called me about 7 hours later to say that they had an opening, but by then, I had already gone elsewhere.

Giant sign on the building say "Family Haircare Without Appointments" but when you walk in for a simple haircut they tell you they are booked up and you have to make an appointment for next week. Weird

It was absolutely amazing. They were fun yet professional. My red hair came out the exact way I wanted. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Good cut but expensive
Made an appointment and waited maybe two minutes after showing up on time. Hairdresser was cheerful and did a good job on my buzz cut. Got to the register and was charged $24. Place I usually go charges $16.

Very nice lady store was closed but when I called she opened up the store to come in and cut my son hair

They did a great job on my boys hair. His first cut professionally he was a little shy but she got him to smile and feel comfortable.

Tried to make an appointment since the pandemic I haven't had one but they were booked way to far in advance I couldn't wait.

Decent place to get hair cut, from a guys view i only come to Andy there and he doesn't great so i have no idea how the other workers do considering he's the only male there, but I have never seen any young female to get their hair cut so i don't think people really like this place

Great customer service. Enjoy the service, enjoy conversations you can have there. Have to make appointments at times though with it being busy. They don't pull my hair like other hair cut salons.

The stylist was smoking outside or had just finished smoking the smell was horrible my hair smelled like cig smoke. Also she had dbl booked and hurried through the cut. To take over for the barber who had started on the lady who she had thought by her name was a guy
