I have curly hair but like to flat iron it. I recently broke my knee so it's difficult to stand and flat iron my own hair. I called to make an appointment to have my hair flat ironed I asked the girl on the phone what the charge would be. I was quoted $15.50 for flat iron only if I wanted it washed and blow-dried it would be $5 more for $20.50.
I came in for my appointment with clean dry hair. It took the girl 40 minutes to flat iron as my hair is short collarbone length.
She did a good job I mean after all it's only a flatiron job. When I went up to pay she told me there was a discount for people 60 and older and asked if I wanted to use that.of course I did I'm 68
Then she told me that with the"whisper"
discount my charges were $39.25!
What? I was quoted $15.50. I said there must be some kind of mistake that wasn't what I was quoted when I made the appointment.
She told me that was a call center that quoted me the price and it was incorrect Are you kidding me that's more than double what I was quoted.
All I had done was flat iron. No product used in my hair NOTHING extra.
She didn't offer to adjust the price or
anything. Supposedly I even got the"whisper" discount. I will never go back there what a rip off!

Honestly don't know the ladies name that cut my hair today but she won't be doing it again honestly the worst hair cut I've ever received

So they are way too expensive for the price it was $28 just to sit in the chair I only needed to in cut off straight across no layering no thinning no nothing and I hope she was kidding me but she was not

My regular every other month visit. My gal is great. Just a trim and good conversation. Excellent and varied hair products for sale. Buy here exclusively now.

I booked an appointment with this place, thinking it was under a different name. Turned out to be one of the best mistakes I have ever made. Very friendly & chatty barbers, & gave the desired cut for my hair. First time being here, & I plan to come back for another cut.
