7 I was able to make the apt online and received my call back confirmation within seconds.
I also had to call to change the time and the phone was answered with kindness, plus I was able to move around time.
The haircut itself and experience was delightful and I enjoy the friendly staff!
My hair is way shorter than I asked. 2 inches longer in the front than back. Cut so uneven.
Disappointing says no appointment needed, but was told to come back next week.lol why does the building say no appointment needed
I peered into my crystal ball and saw the timeline where they transition a bitty (me, for the phobes) from an egged up and twnk passin agp to cntyfish west threatening levels of hsts slayyerdom you literally bet just start throwing money in here when you walk in.
Update still nothing has been done besides they reached out and said to go in and get a refund and they were closed so I have made multiple attempt to reach out with who I believe is the district manager and have gotten no response I can't believe thes we places provide such terrible customer service. I had to spend 50 and more gas to get it fixed to look some what respectable. Worst haircut I have ever had in my life I just got home and it's all crooked and long hairs everywhere nothing is straight and I had cut hair all over my face and lips just terrible
This was my second visit with perfect look and I love visiting. The ladies are so friendly and quick!
