Absolutely love getting a pedicure at Pretty Nails … all of their nail techs are friendly, fun and very professional and do a great job

Great place for manicures and pedicures! The employees are all very friendly. The salon is very clean and provides great service to both appointment makers and walk ins. Jessie in particular is amazing but I have had several differentvemployees and loved them all.

Such a wonderful way to pamper yourself with a nice pedicure. Easy on line scheduling. I was able to get in quickly on the same day. Their new massage chairs made it so relaxing. Definitely would be a great gift to give someone or to treat yourself!

Sadly the nail polish is thinned and was chipping the next day. We were there for a manicure and pedicure we were out of there in 35 minutes. Not the pampering I expect when a go to the salon.

Perfect nails did an excellent job on my twice a year pedicure. My fiancé was very satisfied with her mani-pedi too.
Nice folks, clean facility. I would recommend them.

This place is super racist… Came in, signed in sat down for about 20mins. A different ethnicity came in signed in with herself & someone else, they immediately came over seated them got them started. Someone else different ethnicity came in same thing happened. I asked why do you guys continue to skip me and the response was, just have to wait. It will be awhile for you. They had no appointment. Not sure why that happened to me but, I politely just left. I really wanted my nails done too… Sucks. Treat every customer with the same care & respect…

Doesn't take enough time prepping nails and sanding. Nails were too thick. On my last visit a new acrylic nail that was put on came right off the next day. Plus several of the other nails started lifting within the following week. My previous manicurist is located in California, took his time applying my nails (45 to 60 minutes) and they turned out beautifully. The last fill I had stayed nice looking for 4 weeks and didn't lift off.
My experience happened 8 months ago, l wish I had posted this review alot sooner.
And I really, really wish I'd read all of the reviews and never even gone to this salon in the first place.

Made an appointment for myself and a friend to have pedicures. Almost immediately after getting to the pedicure station a few walk-ins came in and were told they could be accommodated.
Our pedicures were crazy rushed and we were moved to the drying station so others could have our spots. A (mediocre at best) pedicure and polish in less than 20 minutes. I'm all for accommodating 'walk-ins" when and if there is availability but not at other customer's expense - especially those with appointments. That was our first and last visit to GP Perfect Nails.

I gave them 1 stars only because of Helen, the lady who does my my nail, she is a sweetheart and does a great job, she deserves 5 stars.
It is the lady who owns the shop. She is terribly rude. I came in to have a couple of nails repaired. She let me know that they were booked. I understand that. She asked me what I had acrylic or gel. I didn't know and had to ask Helen. When I went back to the owner and told her what I had, she openly mocked me to the customer she was working on. She said I would need a full set, I told her no, just the two I broke.
She said no, they didn't do that or something. I again told her no, just the two I broke and that Helen had just done my nails last week. She said I would have to come back, they were too busy. This I understand since I was a walk-in. But instead of just letting me know what would be a good day and time, she just was complaining about me coming in today. I told her I would call and make an appointment. As I left, there were a man and women setting, waiting. They were looking at me. I said she was rude. They both shook their heads in agreement.
Once I got home, I did call and made an appointment for the following day. Before hanging up, I told her she had been rude to me when I had been in the shop earlier. Her response was that they were busy. I told her that it is still not the way you treat customers. She hung up on me. She was so rude and very unprofessional.

Rushed, poor quality and way too expensive for what you get. Unless you want to pay an extra 20/30 dollars it's a nail clip a footbath and polish. $5 more for the nail kit, $10 more for foot scrub, $10 more if you want gel instead of regular polish, other than gel polish you have to pay extra for what normally comes with a good pedicure. I felt bad for my husband as this was his first pedicure and part of our date day. He was in the chair maybe 15 minutes. Footbath, nail clip, quick cuticle removal, no buffing, no soaking, no scrubbing and no filing or buffing of the nails for an even appearance. Neither of us got foot massages, in and out of the water in seconds. He had no point of reference and tipped since this was a treat by him for both of us. By the time he paid for extras like the foot scrub and kit (for me only, my heels were not buffed out after the scrub, rough patch not removed and pinky nails we're left sharp and uneven), items and procedures that are normally included with the cost of a good pedicure came to more than if we'd had it done at a four star resort (with way inferior results). We are both pretty easy going, but being treated like you're doing them a favor versus getting a service, terrible. I kept expecting to hear; get out of the chair NOW! Not fun and no way relaxing. I plan on making it up to him so he can experience what a really good pedicure is like. I'll never go back and I feel badly he paid so much for so little.

First time at this nail salon, not going back! All my nails are different sizes and have bumps all over them they put no effort in to make the look nice, every disappointed.

Everything is just mot too bad not too good. Manicure, pedicure, acrylic, gel.personal, shop is clean medium. It's over priced for quality they give you. I never asked to my nails be perfect but they charge you like they are perfect. Between 3 and 4

I have been going to Perfect nails since the day I moved here. Always a smile and small talk. They have always done a great job. I will continue to go there and support them.

Took my daughter and mother in law here 2 weeks ago. We went for a pedicure. My mother in law is diabetic. Not only did they not wash bowl or tools after they finished previous clients or after us, but they also cut my mother in laws toe then tried to nip her cuticles and tried to massage her legs which had sores on them. All of these are BIG no no’s for a diabetic. I would not recommend as they DO NOT practice any sanitation procedures here. They should be shut down.
