Just a shout
to the team at PPR for fixing our water damaged floor in our house at the speed of sound, and even more so for savings our carpet so we didn't need to purchase new carpet when other companies may have tried to take advantage of us costing us a small fortune. The carpet reinstall looks perfect and you would never know the damage happened. Thanks again and we hope we don't need your team for years to come lol but if we do, PPR will be our first call.

Performance Plus Restoration is a great company to work with. They have a long history of successfully completing thousands of Construction projects (large and small). They are locally owned and are very passionate about customer service and the client experience. They are easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend them.

Insurance claims can be very stressful. Jeff, Aaron and Jessica made the process flow smoothly and were always easy to speak with. Professional, communicative and they do good work and deliver on time results.

TLDR: Pipes broke, needed restoration, bad quality, shady work ethics, unprofessional, bad quality.

We experienced a broken pipe back in December 2022 and needed our bathroom restored. Insulation under the floor, new floor, shower, vanity, sheet rock, texture and paint, and floor trim. It was all covered by insurance thankfully, but I will never use this company again nor recommend them. Beyond the low quality of work, the contractors poured leftover floor adhesive in a flower pot and in the grass. Because I was not able to be home for most of this, I installed a camera in the house. I witnessed one of them clean out his truck and put the trash in the kitchen trash and was messing around with things on the kitchen counter. Completely unprofessional. I mentioned it to the manager and the behavior stopped. As far as quality, after they bought and tried to install the wrong vanity (that I said wouldn't fit) they broke the second one and just covered up the break. The third and final vanity was on backorder. They left texture and paint on a wall fixture and the toilet. The shower was installed by another company they used, and they left out the green board. When PPR removed the shower to fix this, the panels didn't line up properly and they just stuffed the gap with caulking. While painting they left a couple brush strokes of the wall color (walls are blue, ceiling is white) on the ceiling. They offered to fix the issues and did remove the texture and paint on the toilet and fixture, but I didn't want them back in my house or breaking anything else while "fixing" what was wrong.

Thank you so much! They are an amazing business. They were extremely helpful with a time sensitive issue and gave an honest evaluation of the situation. It was much appreciated!

Zac Morales is the General Contractor on our home repair. He has overseen all of the details, large and small. We had a 40 foot hole in our roof due to a tree falling on it during a wind storm in Nov 2022.

All of the different contractors with their special expertise have been really great. They know their jobs, do them well and are happy to converse and explain when questions arise.

I do not wish a tree to fall through anyone's roof, but if it happened again to mine, I would go right back to Zac and PPR to have them repair my home again.

Lastly, their office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they too know their business. Great job everyone and THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I would use this company again again! 25-stars! *****

If transparency and communication is something you value. Please do not hire this company to do construction for you. We had a restoration that prompted us to make home improvements. The invoices were not detailed, the "up-costs" were not properly disclosed and when we asked to see details to request credits for products we bought out of pocket it was very clear that the project manager acknowledged our requested credits but stated that they were offset by non-disclosed costs that were imposed due to his negligence. - Not a good experience.
As for the staff when you say you are going to respond to a client maybe actually respond. It took awhile to get over the frustration and irritation that was caused by working with this company over the 9 months it took to complete a simple bathroom upgrade & restoration.

We had an issue with our floors and had to have our entire upstairs flooring redone last May. Communication took about 12 days, we had to stay in an Airbnb, luckily it was covered by insurance.

The floors looked good but the finish work was terrible. The trim pieces and transition strips all throughout the house werent installed correctly and have already started coming up. Our toddler ripped up a transition strip with her bare hands a few weeks after install. We realized it was only installed with a few tiny trim nails. We asked them within the weeks following to come back and fix that work- they came back and proceeded to drive about 50 trim nails into these transition pieces, as a "fix. "

Now, about 8 months after our install of floors, there are pieces of actual flooring that are starting to come up. We have tried to call and left numerous messages, cant get any response at all.

Received estimate for insurance covered home repairs. Upon reviewing estimate and requesting amendments they became very abrasive, told us it was all or nothing (which included work which would have been profitable for them but useless for us). They stated if we upgraded any repairs to nicer fixtures they would up charge but downgrading would result in same charge. Greedy and don’t care about the work just the money.
